just some ideas for the house, given that caleb doesnt like posters and stuff, you guys could totally get shelves so you can put different plants or colorful things on the shelves.. as well as you could maybe get some vines for certain areas in the house, also even though its a little corny some inspirational quotes that are brown/beige so it fits into the vibe of the house. OH AND ive noticed you have NOOO LED lights at least from what ive seen (im not totally sure) but if you guys arent trying to do too much of that you could definitely buy one to two packs and put some inside of your guys bathroom, as well as on the bottom of the cabinets that are in the kitchen or even around the back of the tv that you guys have in the living room to add some color to the house but not too much to the point that its considered too much color !!! --- Another good color scheme that goes good with beige is dark grey and and medium blue color, not the blues that are super vibrant but the ones that look as if theres some grey in them. those colors always match perfectly in a house. ---- even if you dont take any of this advice i still love love looove your guys house and think that its come together beautifully and im so proud of all that youve done for yourself. go em !!!!
I reacted the saem way when i first did oil pulling 😭 Basically you need to start slow at like even just 2 minutes or however long you can go for, then every day try and go for like 30 seconds longer until u reach 15-20 minutes. I managed to get there within like a week. It's so weird i felt like there were phases when i have it n my mouth (first 3 mins are bad, then i don't care until 10 mins where i wanna spit it out, and then like 2 mins later its fine again you just have to push through).
