Honestly I'm into it because I like older dudes, but even if I wasn't, I'm glad FE:F gave us the option of pursuing him. More options are always better than fewer when it comes to dating sims. Also there are definitely gamers 70+ in this world, and all of us here are going to be joining those ranks eventually, so it's nice to have representation for an age group that might feel weird going after 20-somethings.
I honestly think Gunter shouldn't have been avatar exclusive. HIm and Reina would make a nice couple.

From what I understand, guys continue to produce sperm until they're dead. It just gets harder to get the little buddy motivated, hence the need for Viagra eventually.So Gunter is perfectly capable of bringing in Kana. Now if the ages were reversed here, Kana couldn't exist since females undergo menopause and with no eggs, no babies can be made

I really don't see why he doesn't keep his supports in Revelations / Even really has supports like the S rank
When you first get him in Revelations, he tells his story about wife and kid, which were not brought up in Conquest. So you'd basically be marrying an already married man. Weirder still, (I'll put it lower, due to Revelation spoilers)
...He mentions how he's hated the avatar for years. And that wouldn't have changed in Conquest, so I'm just unsure on a bit of stuff.

The S support is weird, BUT I LIKE IT.
I wonder how Kana is even born to these two. Gunter is a senior citizen's senior citizen. That dude should, by all rights, be shooting dust at his age. And given the fact that he had a previous family, it's very possible that Gunter's first child could be older than Corrin if they were still alive. Like... Jaysis Chroist, man.

Well, this support this one the best romantic support of female Corrin.
She says the first - encouraged by Gunter - "I love you" to someone. Later, it is her who encourages him to propose to her.
With the others supports, Corrin are so passive. "You love me ? Well, I

It's a sweet support overall but I would also keep them as a father-daughter figure, also looking at all the comments above I would say her marrying an older person is definitely not as awkward as marrying a younger one.The only blemish on this pair is Gunter's unfortunate backstory revealed in Revelations which kinda makes it a bit awkward. Also looking at the comments It seems like some people forgot about his family situation. He HAD a wife and child until Garon killed them because of Gunter's refusal to accept the dragon blood, making him a widow. Honestly I hate Revelations for what they did to Gunter's character.

I wouldn't marry Gunter. (I am a guy by the way) but why couldn't the male conversation be a little more heart to heart like this? I think that would have been cool because I have a huge soft spot for Gunter. I see him as the players father figure. And I admire that XD I always pair my character up with him unless I'm trying to a C, B, A, or S rank with someone.
