Dan is the only singer I've ever encountered whose voice can truly be called an "instrument" - an overused term that usually just means "voice." But Dan is such a virtuoso, and he can do such astonishing things with his beautiful and highly-trained voice. In this cover I think he really does play his voice like an instrument. The pitches are crazy to begin with, but the register switches are incredibly smooth and gorgeous. A real tour-de-force.

Your version was also awsome. And, unlike Daniel, you don't have André's full register, so you had to put way more technical effort to do what this song requires. All respect and admiration to you, and it would be absolutely great if you and Daniel could do a collab. My two cents: Avantasia, Van Canto, Blind Guardian, and recently Ancestral Dawn, all have great multi-voiced songs you two would do an incredible job on. Achilles from Manowar would be a monster project to cover, but I suspect it would be worth it and easily become "that other version you need to check out". ;)

There is not a thing that man cant sing. His voice is pure and so so powerful. There arent enough superlatives to describe this voice.

Your version was also awsome. And, unlike Daniel, you don't have André's full register, so you had to put way more technical effort to do what this song requires. All respect and admiration to you, and it would be absolutely great if you and Daniel could do a collab. My two cents: Avantasia, Van Canto, Blind Guardian, and recently Ancestral Dawn, all have great multi-voiced songs you two would do an incredible job on. Achilles from Manowar would be a monster project to cover, but I suspect it would be worth it and easily become "that other version you need to check out". ;)
I’ve always thought this song should be a duet... Between the two of you I think you can rock the crap out of it and make it your own. Either way, two brilliant artists and I’m glad someone loved this song as much as I do.
