Your wife is a natural! This is a cool hybrid watch with an underrated feature. Its halfway between a smartwatch and a normal Casio so its a good alternative for those of us who hate smartwatches. Thee male version is a bit different but still very cool. WS-2100H Your wife has hit the nail on the head on one of the many reasons I hate smart watches. Constant notifications. You dont have to charge it. Sounds like she has put it through its paces and it has held up nicely! I gotta agree with her about the high maintenance things as well! You are going to pay for that science teacher joke... 😅 Hope you both have a fantastic week! 😁👌
Melissa did great. I'm slowly grooming her for more episodes! She's wearing the watch all the time now. I think part of it goes back to her days with an Ironman watch...which I have one for a review. She's a good sport about joking. When we finished, she liked the flow and exchanges on camera. I think she'll be back. We will! You too!!
@@Realidealgear She sure did! The Ironman is legendary! That's good to hear! You dont want to be whacked with a pan while you sleep! I think it was awesome and it good to see what the fairer sex has to say about our hobby! You can tell you guys have great chemistry! Thank you brother! Have a great one!
Those Casios are cool. They run small but the same module is used in a few versions. My daughter wears LWS2000H-4AV, same watch but different design. And there is a mens version WS- 2000H- 1AVCF which is great watch. Very legible. All step trackers and all same modules. Great video!
I have one of these and love it, for all the reasons you mention. It does all the things you need, is super simple and cheap, and you can just put it on and forget it until you need it.
Mannn... She's a real keeper!! 😁 You're blessed mate! Having your other half involved in a watch review?? N a Casio at that too? That's a Dream most of us guys could Only think of! ❤😂😅
Great review and video both of you, it's interesting to see your Wife's view on the watch after wearing it for a while, really interesting idea Tim, great review buddy as always! 🙏
This was a GREAT video!! So cool to "meet" your wife!! Please bring her back for more reviews - how about my dear love of the Casio world - the LA11/LA670?
Oh yeah and I almost forgot - this is kind of my favorite Casio watch - I just really wish it had a vibration alert. I use timers all the time and it's a little loud for my taste.
I''ll pass along the compliment. I did a video on what might contribute to the loudness of a Casio watch. Turns out, higher water resistance and/or G-Shock ratings mute the sound more than lower WR ratings and regular Casio case designs. I do appreciate the vibration alerts and your video on that feature is excellent. I have the W736 "Big Sky" and the GD350 "Grunt". I prefer the vibration alert because ambient sound won't interfere with the vibration felt on the wrist like ambient sound can interfere with an audio alert. If you'd like to do a collaboration video or live stream where we get our spouses on and talk how our YT channels have impacted us, storage, time, etc...I think that would be a fun video to do. Take care...I subscribed to your channel. I have a HUGE fondness of Victorinox knives...and they have lost their way.
Let me get this straight, your wife not only participates in your videos but also bakes?! My wife barely tolerates me even wearing a watch. You should have seen her face when I said I bought a $150 mod for my $25 Casio A168. 😆. Although l personally think the Mod is completely worth it. Thanks for the great joint review!
Mine works but not for me. I cut grass walking behind a self propelled mower. Both hands on the mower and the watch is not counting my steps. My mistake in purchasing.
'Rookie rating' 😂😅... Ya know mate, I realised that sometimes rookie ratings are some of the best n honest n unbiased ratings that we watch nerds needed... N could Never go back to, after we are deep in the rabbit hole mate... 😂🐰🕳️😅🤣
It’s good to get another input. I think she’s good sport and did a good job as a rookie. Before long, she’ll be spending an inordinate amount of time watching RUclips watch review videos. Have a great week! I enjoy your comments.
@@Realidealgear Thanks mate... It's great to see a fellow watchfam initiating his life partner into this hobby... I'm sure you will enjoy all the questions she's gonna ask... Me? I'm still trying hard to initiate my missus as a 'young Padawan'... Just her asking about what watches we should get as a couple already got me excited... 👫😂🤣
Great to see the whole clan involved in a watch vlog! A family that tics together sticks together.
Absolutely!!

Hi , is the step counter actually accurate on this?
Thanks nice demo
Thanks…..Yes. My wife verified it.
Am the only con, as with too many Casios is that Inwant to get one of these!😂
Thanks for this review, enjoyed the new format a lot!
It's a good thing there are so many to choose from or else these Casio reviews would be boring...like Rolex reviews! Have a great week.

You're welcome.
She has limits. She told me I have two faults: I don't listen and...something else.
Thanks for watching!
A *smart/wise* husband knows to involve his spouse in his hobbies and projects to keep BOTH of them happy 😉
Absolutely. Have a great week and thanks for watching.

I heard putting the watch in your pocket works to count steps.
