I think it's to wide to carry especially having such low lumen levels.

It goes a bit passed 90 degrees probably with the idea that it's clipped to the chest pocket of a typical shirt, and it illuminates towards the ground in front of you.

Great vid. Thanks. I'm looking at both the Sofirn models and the Thrunite T1S V2 which is similar for kayak camping. Low is only 7 lumens on the Thrunite. The SC13 is just a bit chunky for pocket carry. I don't want to carry another cable on trips for just the Olight. The Sofirn SC21 (non-pro) is at the top of my list now. Thanks again.

The IF24Pro is nice. The dial makes it much more easy to use than the IF23, though I do appreciate the lumen output and power bank function (that USB-C port is deep and doesn't work for a lot of cables). Wurkkos just came out with an HD01 with UV which is a great option, though I wish they had made the UV just part of the side light bar and kept the laser instead of trading that out. They each have their place. IF23 if you want a lot more light, though it gets hot and the UI is bad. IF24Pro if you want a big battery compared to the HD01. And the HD01 is a nice form factor, though still not THAT slim.

I got my Berny Compressor V3 with a yellow dial this week. It's a chunk on the stainless steel bracelet but you get used to it quickly. I have a lot of black and blue dial watches so the yellow dial is a welcome and stylish change. I think it's going to get a lot of wrist time. :)

Well thank goodness you have the finger dexterity and memory to get those clicks down. You should see my elderly mother try to memorize and execute those clicks. I bought her the 24 just for that ring and she loves it. She loves all the "pretty colors" at night when she uses it as an evening night light. Just remember, not everyone is as capable or as smart or able to memorize as well as you.

Hey I bought a rangeman yesterday and it was brand new so the battery was only on medium. Now I noticed that the light is quite dimm when activated, do you think the watch needs a proper charge?

I have this Lorus field watch and it's really a great watch for the price. The downside for me is also the text which is a bit much so I agree with you on your comment. The strap is also very thin and I put mine on a good leather strap which works really well imo. The case on the bottom of my watch is screwdown and not a push on one like yours. Water resistance also is great being 100M. The Lumibrite dial is also excellent and the black hands are perfect on the watch, the lume fully charged from light lasts for several hours in my own experience. Cost of purchase for myself brand new was only £25 sterling here in the UK from a retail outlet called Argos. The RRP is around the £40-£50 price. I have changed the battery once in nearly 5 years of use so very good as far as that is concerned. It was 3+years before I changed the battery so very pleased with that. I have 3 of the Lorus Titanium field watches and they are also really good watches which I paid around £50 for each of them the only downside for those are the very small date window which is hard to see sometimes. The day/date is much better on the Lumibrite field watch you have in my own experience. On the Titanium watches only the hands have lume and doesn't stay bright very long but is adequate. Lorus being a subsidiary brand of Seiko has a very accurate Seiko movement in all their range of watches and are really good value for money. Thanks for uploading your review.

great G-shock i have the TLC and i love it

i have a BN0150 that i'm pretty sure has the same strap. something i like in theory about the two separate keepers is that you can slide one close to the buckle and one to the end to keep the slack tight, but in practice, moving the buckle side one in toward the buckle pulls my arm hair every time. i haven't had the issue you had where the outer one slides around.

is it reliable?

The H200 button is on the side as thats the most easy to press when its being used as a headlamp

I think the font is the same size of that on the DW5600. What is different is the spacing between characters. I you want large fonts try the DW291, it’s $32 and has world time plus multiple alarms. Also the buttons on the 290 are superior to the ones on the DW5600. Notice the larger buttons on top and the even the larger ones at the bottom. Even the recessed adjust button can be easily pressed with a finger. The recessed button the 5600 is a challenge on which nail to use.

A good basic outdoorwatch! I have this watch for 6 months now and the only things I have changed are the barometer and altitude settings. The factory setting of the barometer isn't very accurate...So, if you change the barometer setting, also change the altimeter setting! Good video!

I like homages as it means I can own a larger collection of different designs which I've always liked the look of. Most watches I like tyd design of, I own. The alternative is 2-3 originals which I'd like but then would be more concerned about damaging & I'd still be pining over different watches lol. Also, although I've a bigger collection, most are nh35 movements which you can buy for around £30 & then pay someone to switch up. Shouldn't be more than £100 all in...Vs servicing a higher end movement.

For $22 at Walmart? No. Would I rather have a G-shock? Yes. Can't really afford the G-shock I want. $100 solar with radio.

Shoulderless spring bars like that are a great idea for watches using nato style straps. Nato straps can sometimes / potentially catch the shoulders on a 'regular' spring bar and cause it to pop out. I fitted shoulderless ones likes this to my Casio Duro, knowing and accepting I may have to cut them out if I decide to stop using nato straps

i have both. the ae-1200 is more comfortable for everyday wear while the 5610 is more durable on the long term.i recommend both but for different purposes.

that time when casio used to make great watches. now they all are like a brick. you do not even have to go to the gym to get your workout. they all are so damn big an heavy. quality was better too. how is it that this lcd is still working ok and now you get a dark spot in the middle after 1yr. let's not forget the bands that rot after 8 months.
