Force have many restrictions like you can't stay outside campus, you need to ask or inform higher authorities to go outside, for it they give out pass. Leaves are there but you cannot get it easily. One man was not given a leave holiday so he ran away and he was suspended.
Many people here commented many negative things in the video. Wo kya hai...ki door ke dhol sabko suhane lagte hai... People outside don't even know many people in force is severely in depression. You can search in google the suicidal rate in CAPF. Mai to abhi bhi mere frnds ke WhatsApp group mai hu. To waha khabar milti rehti hai...like aaj kisi ne apne hi weapon se khudkhushi karli ..etc
