That "Throttle stuck" was just someone giving their 2 stroke a blow out. 2 strokes will oil up their ports, plugs and exhaust if they're not running hard, especially if they are on a rich mixture. Giving them some hard work will make all that oil burn off.
I didn't know how entertaining watching boats at a boat ramp could be until I came upon your channel this past week. I subscribed and I'm hooked. I'm watching old episoes where you're taking a blow up boat with 4hp motor around an island. Extremely entertaining the way rich people just hang out in their boats hanging in their dock. They don't really question if you're casing the homes, crazy or what. 😅. They're just like hey hi someone to talk to and you seem nice so I'll tell you anything and give you free stuff too 😂😂. My husband have put the dock on our list of must visit and have started our list of items to bring to watch the Chit show from the side lines. we'll be coming from Sarasota Florida right by Siesta Key so we're trying to figure out exactly where this is and if we'll need overnight reservations to make a weekend of it. ❤🎉
He was probably "emptying" the carbs, its a good idea to do on on two strokes that arent used much, since the gasoline will evaporate out of the carbs but oil gunk will stay in there blocking the chanels and making it run poorly
