I wish more people would follow this style of instructional video. I watched a long A video of a lady talking about her husband before she even mentioned chicharrones. Grade A video!

Pretty much made this this morning, wasn't my thing. Kinda turned out to be a soggy cracklins and eggs and salsa taco lol
Not everyone's cup of tea, but tu ,..DEEEEEEELICIOUS!! I cook out most of the water. But the crackling have to get soft again to eat in this form.

Yep, you are right, being that I live in a small apartment, I just can't afford alot of space though.
