    I have lost 20-25 lbs over the last year, and this video highlights a lot of what I've found.
    1. Walk 30-40 minutes every day. That's been my main exercise, and you will lose weight
    2. No high sugar foods, soda, sports drinks. Your body quickly converts these to fat
    3. Drink plenty of water. 4. Eat homemade foods. No KFC, Pizza, Burgers.
    If you work out 4 times a week, on top of walking, and eat sensibly, you will lose weight.

    I disagree with that last tip. It's great to eat healthy and exercise, but don't measure yourself and take pictures of yourself. You can develop an obsession with it that can turn into an eating disorder.

      or you can turn anorexic, because youve lost so much, every time you measure yourself and notice you got fatter but your still skinny you may want to loose more weight then you may try to force your food out by throwing up constantly and eventually become anorexic. but over all i agree with the rest, its better to follow the diet and be glad you achieved something, if you did something.

      I like to measure myself. yes, that's right it may lead to eating disorder. but ignoring your own progress is not a good idea either. it is good to keep track of fitness actually weight is not good parameter. calculation of body fat percentage works best for me.

    Ps. I watched some videos on eating 6 small meals but no one could tell me how small and how to make them and what is a serving? Is an apple one meal and one serving or is a apple and brown rice a meal, or a small amount of each like a half of an apple and half of a serving of brown rice a meal?

      lmao my nigga a serving is just what it says on the box. 1 serving of apple is obviously an apple. One serving of spinach can be like a cup, just read the box on what a serving is

    Just some tips from myself:
    If you're sick of gaining weight and not losing any, putting it off til another day is the worst way to lose motivation. As soon as you can, get stuck into a regular routine. Being confident that you will not give in, even to tempation of your friends eating in front of you. Rely on yourself for motivation, otherwise it can fall apart if you cling onto somebody else to motivate you.
    For exercises, if running is too hard, I suggest walking for 2-3 miles/kilometers at least 4 times a week, at the same time, every day. Allow that 4 days to become 5 or 6 days etc. If you need some sort of motivation, use music to push you further, matching the beat of the song to your workout rhythm.
    Also, a quick (and some say unhealthy) way to lose weight is not eating before walking/running. Your body requires something to burn off, it might be harder, but your body burns fat faster and quicker. Don't overwork yourself though.
    And finally, be prepared to "torture yourself". What I mean by that is to ignore cravings of food. It's too easy to eat in between meals, but it's important to let your body burn off an appropriate amount of food. Rather than feeding yourself. A good thing to
    keep in mind is knowing you will be disappointed in yourself if you keep eating junk, and let yourself go on a proper diet. Cut obvious sugar & fat. High fiber cereal with fruit and no added sugar is always a good option.
    Don't believe the lie that you should "reward" yourself with some fries and something once you've worked out. The real reward is looking back in 3 months and seeing the change that you brought to yourself. Feeling happy and confident.

    I did not like this video. Insulin does not turn all excess sugar into fat. Converting sugar to fat is VERY inefficient. Also, eating several small meals a day does not increase the metabolism and makes no difference for fat loss/gain. Also, exercise affects muscles not body fat. One example would be sumo wrestlers who get a LOT of exercise and are also very fat.

      I'm not sure how to "loose" weight, but if you are interested in how to "lose" weight then it is very simple. Eat a diet of whole plant based foods without added salt, sweeteners, and oils. Salt, sweeteners, and oils are appetite stimulants. So when eating a diet without those things one can eat as much as desired, naturally lose weight, and get almost all of their nutrition from food. Since vitamin B12 is not usually in plant based food one would have to supplement that single vitamin.

    So #2 avoid potatoes, and #6 eat potatoes, and sugar-packed cereals like Raisin Bran (18g of sugar) Cracklin' Oat Bran (15g of sugar) are good choices? Lots of good tips here, but some glaring issues.

    Actually, it doesn't make a difference what rice you eat as far as carbs is concerned. Brown rice has the same carb count as white rice.

    great video, the number 1 tip was really good. People start a diet and expect big results and expect it to be easy.. or they give in into cravings.. they dont want it bad enough. Been bulking for 6months now and gained 36lb. Both Muscle and fat...and reached 21% BF. And there is nothing to stop me cut down to 8% BF. Its all in the head... if you want it bad enough, you will get there.. simple. You just gotta do the right things.

      Sorry i meant i lost 10KG in a week easy.
      I just didn't eat much i ate breakfast every morning and drank liquid but for the rest of the day i didn't eat. no working out no work, i recommend drinking water it kills your hunger.

      +WubZyHeat You can do that BUT your metablizm won't work as fast anymore,which means fat will in your body longer. If you want your metablizm fast you have to eat alot of fruit and vegetables

    Such conflicting information! You say to eliminate essential starches such as rice and potatoes (low in fat high in fibre) then go on to recommend increasing your fibre intake and then... You suggest having pre-packaged toxic cereals for breakfast! Aaargh, you are crazy!

    I am disabled and use a power chair and don't have the ability to do many kinds of exercise that you mentioned in the video. I wish someone could do a video on how someone in a power chair could lose weight without standing and or using their feet like riding a bike and squatting.

    What a nice video ...............Since diet wilI make the most difference regarding totaI caLorie baIance, it's far easier to reduce back on your food intake then try and aim to bring exercise levels extremeIy high. Some women wilI try to just do more and more cardio as a means to achieve the negative calorie balance, but this often Ieads to overtraining or overuse injuries.............

    *I onIy started this diet on Monday and today, Saturday I have aIready Iost 10Ib. I have much more energy, I do not feeI hungry either. I have tried most diets out there, I am 59 years oId, start weight was 10.13 and so far I am down to 10.5.     7 is wrong. If your metabolism slows down then food won't be processed as quickly, which also means it won't be stored as fat as quickly. However, that wouldn't necessarily happen. The time you consume your calories doesn't matter - you could consume 2000 at night and 0 through the day, or have 10 x 200 calorie meals all through the day. As long as you're burning off more calories than you take in you won't gain fat.

    Extreme fat loss is easily achieved with frequent squat exercises. You could use a dumbbell as an additional aid to flex that biceps. The squat exercise allows you to move frequently that burns a whole lot of fat and helps firm up the muscles on the legs. Other examples of this type of workout are the lunges and the split squats.

    Starches are complex carbs and like simple carbs are important in a healthy diet. Loosing weight is quite simple actually. All that a person has to do is burn more than they eat. But of course, being healthy is a whole other story with its own set of rules.

    You can only lose a lot with exercise, because without it you only lose 3 or 2 kg. Don't be lazy and do sport, that's actually all you need in general.

    Where I live it snows lots in the winter and i like to get exercise in the fresh air but it's hard to find any places to go running in the winter but does skating and playing hockey count. Please answers I'm trying to lose weight I need some advice

    I really want to get fit but i suffered a knee injury and the doctors told me i can no longer run, cycle, do anything that involves putting a lot of pressure on my knees. I was playing volleyball in a team every day and eating healthy but now i cannot do a lot of exercise. I am walking and doing a pretty extrem workout (no knee pressure thou) twice a week but i feel like it is not enough. Could someone help me?

      +Crisan Elena you can try swimming it's an excellent exercise to do without adding any pressure on your knees

By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan (look on google search engine), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you considered Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have heard some great things about it and my mate lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

      Not certain about the points made but you need to know that do exercises by yourself without any plan can cause bulging pot belly and back pain, if anyone else trying to find out lose weight fast by natural way, try *Imodstyle Lose Weight Fast* (should be on google have a look ). I've got some incredible things about it! *I have lost 3 kilos in first weeks just by follow these exercises! I also feel stronger & healthier now*

    so, drink water (I drink only water, or 200m of apple juice to school) I eat yoghourt
    can you eat eggs?
