The easiest way I lost weight was having an active job. I was super skinny when my jobs were active until I switched jobs and started work behind the desk; that's when the weight started piling on. It's hard working and then trying to find time to exercise. I am dieting and have lost some weight doing that, but it's got to point where I'd literally have to live on salads and fruit if I want to lose more. I can do this, but I'm not overly keen on not being able to enjoy food u_u I have decided to get an active job again; will see how quickly I lose weight then.
