      I love this [Go here === *2WeightLossFast. Com* book! I do wish there were more recipes and photos of recipes however she writes clearly why one is to eat a certain way and why it works! And it works! I lost 30 lbs in a month without even following the suggested work out plan. And I felt great. No bloating or sickness. I have crohns disease and this diet really helped with my symptoms.

    Finally something what make more sense then other dieting videos which normally make you change your lifestyle for 360 degrees. This seems achievable and something to start with. Nothing what could make you feel like you missing out something from your life. And give extra pressure on daily basis. Simple, easy steps to follow. What everyone should be able to manage.     i do same 8 hours sleep sleep at 10 little excersise but no dieting i start dieting from today inshallah will reduce 40 kg as im 90 kg....as i reduced weight 10 to 20 kg alhumdulillah but gained again as i want to be 50 kg its suits to me....

      F. M. I always ate healthy and never worked out but, One month I decided to drink 1,5 liters of Water and lost 10 kilos in 3 weaks. Way easyer than to exercice

    I loved the start of the video, it intrigued me and left me wanting to know what you would say? I was not disappointed. Only watched the first 3 tips, and, although, to me, they are comon sense (Omly because I study how to lose weight naturally). They will be just what the general public need to hear.     The easiest way I lost weight was having an active job. I was super skinny when my jobs were active until I switched jobs and started work behind the desk; that's when the weight started piling on. It's hard working and then trying to find time to exercise. I am dieting and have lost some weight doing that, but it's got to point where I'd literally have to live on salads and fruit if I want to lose more. I can do this, but I'm not overly keen on not being able to enjoy food u_u
    I have decided to get an active job again; will see how quickly I lose weight then.

      @@leonissac1832 I worked at a kennels and cattery. So, I was walking 50+ dogs two times a day, among cleaning their kennels/shelter 1-2 times a day. It was a 9 hour work out in itself.

    lost 16 kilos in 7 day maybe it will look so sort of miracle but thanku so much with intermittent fasting and this diet plan combined together with a walk for 3 km every day got me to this i was 91.7 im about to meet my bmi of 74 soon i hope ill be able to make it by end of day ten

      Wendy White That tip is right on. I used to not give a **** and just go through my day eating whenever I have time. But now, I try to eat more often and how funny that I noticed I dropped a lot of weight just by eating more it's ironic. It's because of metabolism, so I do get hungrier the more I eat

    i can see it every time that my belly is slim in the morning when i have slept at least 8 hours but for me this is only possible in holiday and weekends because throught the week i have to travel 1 hour to school and i cant sleep early during the week because i always have to study until late at night because i have one hour back to home .. :((

    I was planning to do every thing on this list until.....number 1 believe it or not I am a nocturnal human u always stay up all night and can manage to stay awake during the day I stay up late rather because of homework I didn't feel like doing in the day time or just want to be one ma phone anyone who is just like me.....let's be nocturnal together 😊 or......

    Get proper sleep... watching at 11pm, will probably sleep past 12 and I need to wake up at 6am 😂
