I thought you were a gorgeous, put together woman of "my" age and then I saw your daughter and I know how proud you must be. I have four daughters and Sharrah makes me so happy because I know that one day, I will be in the same position as you are now enjoying
I love how this wall turned out. The different size frames and wood tones, etc. Looks very pretty, added warmth to this space. Two thumbs up. Have a blessed day.
I had old family photos up in my hallway for like 30 years. The kids always loved looking back at when they were little. I have just redone everything up to date because we painted and updated our home. But it wasn’t a bad thing for us. I have 7 kids. And they even liked looking at the resemblances to their own kids! But what you did looks real good. I like the vintage frames. So nice to save all that money.
This is exactly how I did my own wall gallery. Ain't nobody got time to measure. And I used the Command Strips too. They're so good. I order all my prints from Stackhouse in the Photo Rag paper. Makes the art look even more real. I also remove the glass from my frames. That's a total personal preference. I just feel like it makes the art look more real. Love your videos!!
I thought I was watching a video of my husband and myself. He has to measure, while I use the eye ball technique. After 47 years of marriage, we still go the same thing. 😂
This is right on time! I just put wallpaper up in my hallway and I was NOT enthused about nailing into it for artwork that I will likely want to move around over time. Will be implementing this technique for sure! And I'm with you on measuring. Did all the math when putting in picture moulding and a chair rail. Looked totally off on my wonky walls. Ripped everything down and eyeballed it and used "about a finger up to the bottom of the second knuckle" for spacing. Came out perfect!
I think it looks beautiful and no holes in the water is even better. Velcro strip's are the best. It looks really cohesive and I adore the single lady in the chair reading....my kinds of prints...💖💖💖
Omg I haven’t thought about Loonette from The Big Comfy Cough and her doll Molly my daughter loved the show. I also wanted to make a gallery wall for awhile.
It looks fantastic. I'm glad you winged it. I am a wing it girl and now you have given me an inspirational wing it green light. Now I need to do some shopping!
😂😆🤣👌🏻I ABSOLUTELY love having cute and funny pictures of my boys as kids for their gfs to enjoy. My pictures make people say awwww and laugh out loud at the next picture! I do add updated pics but there are some that'll remain up. 👌🏻😁💜💥
Your gallery wall looks fabulous, Sharrah and Tyler. And you have created this with no holes in the wall, which is even better. I love the gold frame images as my favourites. 😀
I love the gallery wall, and I always use those 3M strips to hang all my artwork. I never measure either I just go with it feels good and if you don’t like it, you can move them easily. Love those Etsy prints. I will have to check it out. Thanks for sharing.
Haha I’m glad we are not the only ones who struggle while hanging frames. My wife volunteers to help and in the process forgets she’s my helper until she hears me yell where my helper!! 😆
I’ve been wanting to do a memorial wall for a year after tragically losing 2 siblings within 11 months, but I just can’t get my brain to focus and figure out how to put these photos together! I want to do a corner gallery wall in my living room… This definitely helps a little! Thanks!❤
I like the look of a gallery wall and for such high ceilings in the stairway, or any wall with vaulted or high ceilings, it makes sense to not incorporate family pictures. I think a gallery wall with smaller pictures of family needs to be able to been seen up close and studied, so probably better suited for hallways, an office/study or guest room. I will respectfully disagree that family photos need to be changed out... I say keep adding, especially to the children’s gallery shots, so you can see the progression and changes as time goes on! Particularly fun with school pictures and Christmas (matching pjs) pics year after year! Hallways are very conducive for these “add a picture” gallery walls! Start in the center and work your way out. Or start at one end and work your way down. My grandmom did this for her nine grandchildren. Every time we visited it was always fun to see this special marking of time! Helpful hint: if the “professional” school pictures are NOT the one, be sure to take a few pictures around that same time that you can substitute, so as not to humiliate your children for eternity! Just a suggestion... not that I would have any actual knowledge of such things! 😉😂🤣
This was cracking me up watching you with the painter's tape because I was doing the same thing in my bedroom not too long ago. Same weird shape and everything. I like having pictures of family around, I think it's fun to integrate them with other pieces of art.
Would be super helpful to have some guidelines about how to hang things so they come together in a cohesive whole that looks right. As in, do you not want to line up any of the outside edges (top, bottom, sides)? Do you not want to center smaller frames over larger ones? How do you follow the ascending angle of the wall with frames? You know what I mean?
It really depends on your preference. I didn't want to measure out the spacing of the frames, but some people do. I kept the larger frames towards the bottom so it didn't feel top heavy. Taping out the area and laying out the frames is really helpful. You can play with the spacing and adjust them until you find what you like!
Love the 3m velcro idea. From my perspective the pictures don’t look level but that could be shadows. And, I’m guessing that would be an easy fix on any wall with the velcro? Thanks for sharing.
I’ve never heard of hanging pictures with Velcro strips - who knew?! I prefer doing the eye trick and not organizing on the floor because the floor is definitely different that the wall above your eyes. I’ve organized them on the floor and then put them up on the wall and they look totally different. It is a good starting point, though. I like that you used different frames. Good job.
Thank you Sharah. The wall looks amazing. I get motivated after watching your videos. Can you recommend a good oil essential diffuser I bought a Roma diffuser but it gets clogged up.
You are as funny and fun as you are pretty. I wrote this comment on a video of yours from three years ago and figured you wouldn't probably read it and so I wanted to make your day so I am posting it here too. In that video you were pre-baby and so quite a bit slimmer but, girl, you are one of those RARE RARE ones who is beautiful at ANY size. I wish that was the same for me. I am really "hot" when I am thin but as little as five to ten pounds changes things. But as I am writing this, I am changing my mind and claiming beauty for myself at any weight and under any circumstance: eyelashes on or not.
I never measure anything. I like to wing it and go with the flow. It always works out, even if you need to do a little tweaking. Love both your personalities and see why you get along so well. I am 72 so don't have a clue how to get these prints off Etsy... do I need a printer?
It turned out really pretty! But how could you choose the prints? Is there any rules for choosing colors or shades or themes I'm afraid i may fail in this project
Wow! The interior looks fantastic! I was also thinking about painting my interior with ‘Grey Mist’. In your opinion, do you think grey mist looks more grey or beige?
I love getting beautiful frames second hand. I found a velvted decorative frame with a hand stitched picture, I put it in my bedroom gallery walls. I never measure when I put pictures up either, measured walls/art sometimes looks like a irritant to the eye. Your wall looks good.
Great job Sharrah. Fun and informative video! I love that you bought the prints on Etsy :-) Mom

Your gallery wall is perfect, cannot believe you did all of this without nails! Thank you for sharing.🥰

Thanks for sharing these tips❤
I can’t believe we pulled it off without putting a single hole in the wall 😅
😂😂😂😂
How many velcros did you put on each frame ?
I thought I was watching a video of my husband and myself. He has to measure,
while I use the eye ball technique. After 47 years of marriage, we still go the same thing. 😂
Love that you used frames in all different colors.
The magic of that door adjacent to the wall is EVERYTHING!!! Well done you two.
Thank you so much! ♥

Wow, It just added a lot of personality to your entry hall. Beautiful!
Thank you!!

BTW, I remember the Big Comfy Couch. My daughters loved Molly and girl and her dolly!
🎉❤ That wall turned out to be the new focal point of the area of your staircase. Love it!
It really is! Thank you!
I liked the lady reading the book
Loonette and Molly! My girls loved the Big Comfy Couch. Thanks for the memory. Love the wall!
No wholes at all 🎉 loved your approach with no measures ! Thanks
Super great job Sharrah! I still wait to see how you display all your gorgeous family photos at some point.
Your boys are just the cutest!
Your gallery wall turned out fabulous!!😍👏🏼🖼️I’m inspired to do my own now! Haha
Thank you! I can't wait to see how your gallery wall turns out!! ❤
Love the picture wall and the great idea about using Etsy for print printing…thanks for the great tips…
I am not into gallery walls at this stage of my life but I still think it turned out great. Good job!
Thank you!!
Looks fabulous! I would be paranoid they will fall without nails, yet I’ve lived through many earthquakes. Great job.
Omg I haven’t thought about Loonette from The Big Comfy Cough and her doll Molly my daughter loved the show. I also wanted to make a gallery wall for awhile.
Love it & all about winging it!!
It looks fantastic. I'm glad you winged it. I am a wing it girl and now you have given me an inspirational wing it green light. Now I need to do some shopping!
Thank you! Can't wait to see how your project turns out!
I always wing my gallery wall and it turns out great.

I love the gallery wall, and I always use those 3M strips to hang all my artwork. I never measure either I just go with it feels good and if you don’t like it, you can move them easily. Love those Etsy prints. I will have to check it out. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much!

It looks amazing. Do you have a preferred paper to print these digital art on and also where do you prefer to get these printed from

Love the 3m velcro idea. From my perspective the pictures don’t look level but that could be shadows. And, I’m guessing that would be an easy fix on any wall with the velcro? Thanks for sharing.
I laughed out loud a few times. So funny!

3M has some specifically for artwork- so handy!
Hahaa I remember molly
Tks for your demo lol...😁
Love this ❤❤
Thank you!
Google the history of the man that appears to be praying over his meal. It’s NOT what it looks like. Very interesting!! ♥️
Lol you two are funny!
Thank you Sharah. The wall looks amazing. I get motivated after watching your videos. Can you recommend a good oil essential diffuser I bought a Roma diffuser but it gets clogged up.
I enjoy your videos but would love to see one on “Urban Modern” designs for those of us that enjoy an urban lifestyle.
Thank you for that idea!

Thanks so much!!
It’s like I was relieved you did this kinda freehand because everything in me does not want to measure this type of project lol
Taping out the dimensions of the wall on the floor has been the missing link I've been looking for! Thank you!
Glad this was helpful!! ❤
I never measure anything. I like to wing it and go with the flow. It always works out, even if you need to do a little tweaking. Love both your personalities and see why you get along so well. I am 72 so don't have a clue how to get these prints off Etsy... do I need a printer?
Amazing 👌❤️
Thank you so much!
will it stay with that tape, I'm scared. but it looks great with the different types of frames
Sharrah the wall looks great ! But i wonder how to clean the frames!!! Some day or other they would need need it. 🤔
It turned out really pretty! But how could you choose the prints? Is there any rules for choosing colors or shades or themes I'm afraid i may fail in this project
What are u using to hang paintings,I just found u on line love ur home and videos.
Love it that u didn’t measure it
Wow! The interior looks fantastic! I was also thinking about painting my interior with ‘Grey Mist’. In your opinion, do you think grey mist looks more grey or beige?
Where did you have the etsy images printed? They look to be great quality!
🤎I love your team work!! As couples😍 Mapapa SANA ALL talaga!! Kami in the Philippines 🇵🇭
Great Work you guys!!! 😊
#trustYourWifesEyes&Taste 😉👌
I love getting beautiful frames second hand. I found a velvted decorative frame with a hand stitched picture, I put it in my bedroom gallery walls. I never measure when I put pictures up either, measured walls/art sometimes looks like a irritant to the eye. Your wall looks good.
That sounds like a great find!!
The smallest one at the bottom with white matting looks off, a little crooked and the white matting looks out of place there. Otherwise, fantastic.
I’ve moved to command strips as well, my husband hates putting holes in the all,
I wonder why when we do this kind of stuff, my husband and i would end up fighting and you don't.🤣
Where do you print your Etsy prints?
Yes I’d love to know as well, they turned out so nice!
I got them printed at bedfordpix.com and picked them up locally. They turned out so good!
How is Greyson?! Has your mom stayed in touch with him? I miss seeing him in her videos.
Can I plz see the picture in yo fav frame? Very nice wall btw
Sharrah, who does your hair in Tulsa? I’m a local and your hair always looks great!
Where did you get your pictures printed. Have bought from Etsy and am unsure where is best to get prints especially the larger ones
I’ve had pictures fall off of the wall when I used Command Strips.
