Are these damn reporters deaf? They kept asking the same darn questions over and over. SMDH
+Agent 47 Agreed, they may need subtitles (Hearing Impaired version).
This guy has amazing composure. He owned those reporters. 🗣
He obviously isn't that fluent in English, he's just one of those hardworking immigrants trying to have a better life in the states
I would say he is fluent in English. I had no trouble understanding him at all.
@Cassie K Agreed. Excellent English AND he even has a fairly sophisticated grasp of complex terms.
@@greekgirl9897 Most of us understood him, but he is definitely not fluent lol
Apparently living in America wasn’t what it seemed to them? The great American dream didn’t pan out.. gosh what more do you want
He is rather loud, but he seems like a respectable and good-natured man.
cultural difference. Eastern European dudes often speak loud and in imperatives like this. Can seem rude / offensive to native English speakers.
I'm from western Europe and he also seems rude and offensive to me, but as matt said he looks like a respectable man
MattMan Reviews it's because of the helicopter and the reporters cannot hear
He is full of passion and shock
@@Daurentius322 just keep quiet. no one's interested.
I feel so sorry for this uncle! Mr. Ruslan Tsarni seems like a good person.
THIS UNCLE IS SPEAKING WITH HIS HEART
So much respect for this man for seeing his nephews as the pieces of shit that they are and not being afraid to speak out about it.
We have to speak out against injustice, even if it means speaking out against our own family. I'm a practicing muslim and we have this principle in the Quran: "O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, *as witnesses to Allah, even if it be against yourselves, or your parents and relatives*, and whether it be against rich or poor: for Allah is nearer to both (than you are)" ! This guy will pay, in this life & worst in the next, for the horrible atrocities he did and for hijacking (yet again!!) our beautiful religion :'( ! Have a lovely day
Assassin Hawk I'm reporting your ass
Hey now theres no evidence for that.
The term is psychotic.
Duhya psychotic is the state, schizophrenia is the illness.
Anyone who comments this tragedy was faked is either:
1. A troll
2. Stupid
3. Crazy.
There is no point in attempting to reason with any of these three groups, vice2vursa, so just stop.
Reporters be like: “you said you didn’t see him in years. Does that mean you didn’t see him for years?”
I heard that too to me when reporters do that it’s like they are trying to twist your words or something for more of a juicy story.
@@enjoyingmyvodka1013 that’s what it is. It’s a media tactic to try and make you slip up and change your story. It’s annoying!
😂😂
This takes a lot of courage, proud to have an American like this in our country. Such a shame to their family...
Why was the aunt saying different?
@@tuanas458 what aunt? What did she say?
@@tuanas458 well because some of the family doesn’t believe they did it
Clearly they have bias

Reporter: What do you do for a living?
Ruslan: I work.
This sounds like a genuine man.
When he said "They are losers. It has nothing to do with Islam", he earned my respect.
That's not what he said. He said they most likely radicalized in a mosque, and now we know that that's exactly what happened.
I remember seeing this for the first time on TV. The seriousness of the situation going on in the city, the drama and stress in this man's voice, the pressure of the media to get information and the helicopter searching overhead made this one of my most remembered moments in television news.
These reporters ASK the same questions over and over. Who hires these people???
I appraise the uncle for staying cool. thanks Maz.
That is a technique used to frustrate the person to mispeak
The problem is not that they keep asking the same questions. The problem is that they hear what they want to hear.
They were not star reporters like Barbara Walters. They were news room runners.
He seems like he has distanced himself from his dysfunctional brothers's family. His brother is a loser, their mother is a bad parent and he said his nephews are LOSERS! I love this guy!
They aren't Czech. Lol. Chechnya is not Czech.
Kurowsh Saatnia i never know some people are so confused till i watched Maz Jobrani's show 😅
Kurowsh Saatnia
Who said that 😦
lol true, chechnya is russia now..
EngPMgt same
Lol
Mighty respect to this man , the news reporters were very unprofessional, judgmental and interrogative of him. They kept on repeating the same questions.
me too. thanks Maz!
Just watched Maz Jobrani and I came here...
Wat is maj jobrani??
@@achungmangte8460 Maz Jobrani is an Iranian-American comedian. The video is called Stupid People on Twitter, where he refers to this interview
This man at least in public has the decency to call it like it is. He doesn't make excuses for them or blame America.
Some people still have values, like that uncle. I respect him greatly!
If Uncle Ruslan got to Tamerlan before the FBI, Tamerlan would be the one asking for forgiveness.
Powerful...a man of honour
New OpporTUNEities Studio
Yes, very straight forward.
Maz brought me here too. But seriously this guy has my respect and feel sorry for him cause he's got into trouble only because of his stupid nephews who he only met when they were kids
this made me cry. he is a very proud man.
Who was the rude guy asking "tell me how you feel about the united states, do you love america?" why would someone ask that to the guy?
What a heartbreaking and scary statement, "Jahar, if you are alive..." that must have been a HUGE "if" weighing on his chest. Anger. Heartbreak. Disappointment. Frustration. Shame. You can hear it in the way he said "Jahar!"
I feel so sorry for this uncle. It's so unfair to the extended family. The mom seems out their and blames America . It's all very sad !
Yes! I saw a news report about the mom (she broke the law). She's a hardened criminal! All the siblings seem to be criminals too (long rap sheets). I can only guess the mom is the source!
Yea no one wins here sadly
Bruh I can't 😂 he's so genuine. LOSERS!
He didn't call them losers, he said those who were able to do such thing are losers.

Maz Jobrani! 😄
what an incredible man with such powerful words in such a horrific situation, he is who people should see as a representation of the chechnyan people if thats what they take from this.
what do you think of the usa?! LOL probably the dumbest question ever!
Abdirahman CB but a very good answer...
Setup question
The man is just trying to clear his and his family's name from this, can you imagine how much trouble this brings to him
Any damage those two misguided and sick boys did to his family's name or the people of Chechnya was repaired by this true American. He is the definition of an American. It is great to see all these positive responses. Good for you.
Than is very sincer his family has been drag though the mud because of the act of other members of his extended family yes his good man proud to be an American.
Those reporters are deaf man LOL
Maz brought me here
You tell them Uncle Ruslan
This is a good man. I respect his sincerity and frank manner. He did the right and brave thing by facing and addressing reporters. I can't imagine I could do the same if I was in his shoes.
he is true patriot no matter his origin & his reli9ion!! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I admire his patiences with the reporters and agree with you
From maz jobrani
What a shock for the normal part of the family
what is adam sandler doing here...
HAHAHAHAHA
Where ? Sorry I don’t see it
Why did not one reporter ask this guy WHY he hasn’t seen his family for so many years?
That’s no one business
He was brave to admit his relation to the losers. If that was me, I would hide indoors and tell myself we are not related.
I am sure Americans do not blame a whole Country for the actions of two people. I don't any way. Thank you!
Reporter: what do you think caused them do this?
Suspects uncle: being losers!
Me: LOL LOL
I love this guy. He told the honest truth about his nephews and didnt sugarcoat it.
I've watched this a few times before but man 10 years after and still can't believe how many times the reports had to ask the same questions over and over it was an earsore. And for the uncle to mainly give his viewpoint, a lot of the questions seemed like it was meant to interrogate.
Journo: When did they come to USA.
Uncle: They came to United States when they moved here.
Maz Jobrani brought me here
"Being losers" best answer
This man is being honest and I hope that he didn't suffer any retribution for what his nephew did. The fact that he is facing this after fleeing his homeland...talk about overload. Instead of locking the kid up they should have unleashed this guy on them. I'm sure they know how to use the belt in Kyrgyzstan?
LOL!
I respect the Uncles responses. He only smiled because the question was stupid regarding if they had any training. He only knows them as younger teenagers.....
Here is an example of what might be considered an “intermediate” level workout constructed around our four basic exercises:
One circuit:
1. Run a half mile without stopping.
2. One set of 20-30 pushups.
3. One set of 3-8 pull-ups.
4. One set of 30-40 situps.
Repeat this circuit 2 to 5 times.
For example.
I just do mines, completing 8 sets of 10, with my Style of Cao religion in between each one. 🇻🇳
I can max out at 17-19, then just do 10s, with 10 finger push ups, using only the fingers.
Great man, and very good things to say.
Respects to this man
Ruslan Tsarni doesn't even know these two relatives. To even have this interview is pure sensationalism. Hasn't seen them in 4 years! Now he "rushes" to the mike for all to hear.

Very well spoken and straight to the point
Maz Jobran are you still waching us watching this interview?
Thanks for the recomendation
This guy just just single handly change my view of the Chechen people.
What the hell with the same questions
Do not blame the uncle for calling his nephews out for their crime I would have told my nephews if they did this as well to turn themselves in if they committed a heinous crime like the Boston marathon bombings
Maz Jobrani sent me!! :D
What an Amazing man this guy is
same maz brought me here too
01:36 nailed it on the head, you should include Youssef Eddafali to that category for not reporting them the day their images posted.
atleast he's standing for what's right... you can't control who your family is
SAVAGE
Very intelligent and plain analysis of the definition of a lowlife a universal concensus. A responsible person and clean hygiene.
This is hilarious....I was watching another Boston Marathon video the comments were turned off but the guy that was giving the press conference the main guy he said so many humorous things the best one was please call the phone I swear he literally said that, LOL..." please call the phone"
that's a real man.
Takes a lot of courage to call your nephews, your own flesh and blood LOSERS!!!
Maz brought me here too, is there any one watching this..
me also 😄
I like this guy a lot. Seems like a standup guy & he's trying to tell it like it is. They were fuck ups. They were likely selfish, narcissistic psychopaths who didn't have an ounce of respect for anyone lives but their own. Its hard for a lot of people to accept. But the fact is, theres lots of people like this. The thing is, not all of them follow through on their hellish fantasies.
Leon Visa, excellent remarks!
maz brought me here but i think maz misinterpreted this man, he is condemning everything and seems angry and ashamed.
