I love Tyson. The most brutally honest dude ever but somehow every time I watch an interview with him midway through I just want to hug the guy. More the interview goes the more I want to give him a hug. He's said he doesn't think anybody ever really care about him or was really a friend and was only nice to him bc they wanted his money.
Well said, as a kid growing up watching boxing I thought Tyson was a real life Michael Meyers/Boogeyman, he scared the shit out of my eight year old reality. The ear bitting also didn't help lol. However, now I look to Mike as not only a lesson learned, but also how an individual can evolve and change, he's literally the definition of there is no age limit on changing your life around for better or worse. In his case, I believe it's for the better and the fact he was able to get in the ring again and face the demons of his past, even better. I know there are several reasons to dislike the man, but we can never erase our past, only learn from it.
That’s why it’s a bit weird seeing people praise his bad behaviour, like he was a deeply troubled person. He’s in such a better place now, it’s honestly insulting to him to gloss over his issues because it invalidates all the struggles he must’ve had to get better.

@@theflanman1986 Yes, Ralphie did suck in studio, but was quite enlightening on stage. Can’t completely hate someone who can offer a different perspective, funny or not. And it’s just the usual Radio vs. Stage thing. I suppose Ralphie would’ve been done better with a camera in studio, like many comics did on past late night shows.
