This never was made for the game, this was composed for promos or demos, like other bonus tracks as space queens or juju. That's because this doesn't sounds so "Sonic"
It kinda sounds like a Sonic styled version of the Dire Dire Docks/Jolly Roger Bay from Super Mario 64
