I love this show. I'm 42 now we never missed a Saturday morning X-Men when I was a kid. I was upset when it all ended, then we got X-Men movies which helped eased the pain. It's perfect.. our generation is lucky to have this untainted wonderful show. It's a service to fans young and old.
Man, you couldn’t have gotten a better executive producer you can tell he understands the lore and the characters and the psychology behind them - this shows gonna be amazing
How amazing would it be to see Excalibur in this new season. The lineup could be Kurt, Kitty, Brian, Meggan and maybe Betsy instead of Rachel so there could be a proper introduction of the latter in future seasons.
@@bigcityfilms relax. A bunch of things aren't being added, as is already clear from the first two eps. Futhermore, if Morph now having a terminology for what the character has basically always been is upsetting you that much, the voice actor had this to say: "Two things about that - one, as far as I know, we're never going to say the word 'non-binary' because nobody said the word 'non-binary' in the '90s. It's not that it didn't exist; it was just in no way a mainstream term at the time. Morph's understanding of who he is could equate to what a modern person would say is non-binary, but he just doesn’t have the terminology for it. At the same time, they/them wasn't a concept in terms of using it as a pronoun."
@@AThousandVoicesCall I respect & appreciate your reply, but in 97 that wasn’t a thing! I can respect if they took a new character that’s rarely known and introduced it with them. I care about story not sexuality, the moment I feel one is more valuable than the other…I’m out ✌🏾. So in other words I’m very relaxed!
@@bigcityfilms that's exactly what the actor says in that quote, that it wasn't a terminology used in the 90's, but that being non-binary has existed as long as time itself, even if there wasn't a name for it, which is true. He reiterates that the term won't be used in the cartoon. They've barely even mentioned it. the point being made is that the character Morph is literally non-binary by today's terminology. That's all. It's really not the big deal you're trying to make it.
I really hope Marvel never in any what shape or form adapt the X-Men krakauer storyline as they gave Professor Xavier the ability to walk. and still have his powers without his disability he would not have his powers reference (X-Man First Class) As a Disabled wheelchair user myself, I find it very offensive that Marvel and Disney want to pander to the LGBTQA++ community and be more inclusive of Race Sexuality and Gender Religion Equality but when it comes to disability wheelchair users especially. We only have Professor X in Main Stream Marvel, and they can't even let us have one win they have to take even Professor Xavier away and give him the ability to walk its a stupid storyline that I Pray the MCU or X-MEN 97 Never adapt disability and wheelchair users need more representation not less. Professor X needs to stay in the dam wheelchair. If they do end up adapting the krakauer storyline in any way shape or form the best I hope for Is that because it will be an adaptation one of the things that they will hopefully change for the better is leaving Professor Xavier in the wheelchair with his disability intact as tp me him having a disability being in a wheelchair is as much part of his character as his telepathic powers in fact his telepathic Mutant powers are linked to his disability so NO Disability NO Wheelchair NO Mutant powers. They even made that clear in the Original X-Men animated series the Reference (the Savage Lands episodes) where Morph tricks professor Xavier and Magneto into going to the Savage Lands where Professor Xavier can walk but him and Magneto both lose there Mutant powers while they are in the Savage Lands.
Though I agree with you that making him able to walk was a lame decision in the comics. I don't know why you are bringing the LGBTQA community into it and using the word 'pander'. It's not a zero sum game between disabled representation and LGBTQA representation, and inclusivity of any type should never be devalued.
@AThousandVoicesCall I bring the LGBTQA++ community up because Marvel Disney and Hollywood in general pander to them making a lot more LGBTQA Superheroes they care a lot more about representation of the LGBTQA++ Community than they do disability especially wheelchair users they don't give us enough representation yet they pander to and make changes to already existing character to represent the LGBTQA like how they recently changed the character of Morph to non binary in X-Men 97 which is a continuation of X-Men the Animated series that premiered in 1992 so its based in 1997 which is when X-Men the Animated series ended and back in the 90s non binary wasn't even a thing no one in 1997 even knew the term or the meaning of non binary. So in my eyes that's nothing but trying to pander to the LGBTQA+× community

Marvel animation needs to bring back the Avengers earth's mightiest heroes show for more seasons
It would be a dream to see Spectacular Spider-Man, Avengers EMH, and Wolverine and the X-Men return. And Spider-Man TAS as Spider-Man '98.
this guy gets it!!
Is is this part of the MCU VIA the multiverse? He said what if opened it up to do this show!
Really hoping not, it's not necessary xD
Interesting
If we are based in the 90’s, what is Morph??
Loosely based on the Age of Apocalypse and Exiles versions.
I’m definitely watching, if I start seeing a bunch of things that are being added that didn’t exist in 97…I’m out!

Booo you guys are not the right people for this! X-Men animated series deserves better.
Were you saying? 🧏♂️
Everyone is saying it SUCKS.
They probably put a lot of wole crap in it.
What? It is actually amazing and very promising.
I love when trolls try to bash something they haven't even watched and go off of other people's opinions.
Literally everyone is saying it's great. And there is 100% no 'wole' in it...not even a little bit of 'wole'.
