I would love to have watch a video of you playing Inscryption and talking and I don’t think you need to worry about a game being too niche ive learned about a lot of games thru watching streamers/lets players that i enjoyed. People watch your content for you and if you’re playing a game you enjoy they’ll probably enjoy it too. I get what you mean about competitive games those can be difficult to talk over
I have panic disorder too and therapy never helped me either. It depends on the person though so i hope it ends up helping. Its not a fun thing to go through

It’s alright tugg, I’ve had anxiety for three years and then same issue about being anxious about having anxiety it’s hell. It does get better it takes time but it DOES, and please take breaks when you need to we love you tugg thanks for making us laugh 🩷
I know what you mean with it being difficult to play games and focus on talking at the same time, especially for content. But with practice (and just forcing yourself to talk when you normally wouldn't) I started getting a lot better about it over time. I still occasionally struggle to remember to talk (or to even know what to say at the time) but the magic of editing is a wonderful thing as Im sure your aware of lol!
P.S. would absolutely love to see what games your into so if you do make a second channel for gaming... I can't wait!

There is actually a reason creativity bumps up in the ether.
It's because your brain isn't expected to do ANYTHING, but sleep. ADHD people well know that sleepy time is generally super creative time, because the demands of the day, from people and even from yourself are gone.
This is also why ADHD people have trouble sleeping, because it is the most boring thing to do if you aren't so tired you're falling asleep standing up.
But even for regular people or neurotypicals, generally creativity comes in moments of monotony that are low stress, IE shower, bathroom, trying to sleep.
Pressure is generally the bane of creative works because freeform thought isn't encouraged by deadlines and time constraints.
So coming up with a drawing idea, good to do when relaxing, showering etc.
Drawing it (if you know what you are drawing and have a base idea or outline) fine to do during more stressful awake periods.
Same goes for music, writing and literally anything else that takes imagination first and then technical application second. Imagination generally needs lack of restriction. Technical application can be during regular hours.
