Hi! For this one I used a firm, strong 1-2 weight cotton/polyester blend. Mercerised cotton could also work and you could also use a nano paracord or fine macrame cord. I would avoid anything too soft or with any stretch when worked up, such as a acrylic or wool. This harness is best fitted snugly with only one finger between the harness and the cat and you don't want it to stretch. I'm not familiar with brands in the Philippines so I'm sorry I can't give you a specific brand. Hope that helps! 😊
