I love all things LEMON, so I really love this box. I love all citrus fruits, but LEMONS are my favorite I especially love the pattern, because I have taken a Drunkard's Path class, and I would recommend that anyone do that, and you would become much more comfortable with that technique. Hint: It's easier with bigger pieces. Of course, not everyone will love doing the curved piecing, but I really do. I also LOVE Riley Blake's HUSH lines of low-volume fabrics. This is evidently the third collection, as you said it was "HUSH 3." The HUSH lines have several designers instead of just one. I used to never buy light or "low-volume" fabrics, but now I am hooked on them, because I found out that my quilts would turn out better if I added more contrast. And the HUSH fabrics are adorable. Anyway, thanks for another nice video.

Hey all, happy Monday! Holly, your first-homework block turned out lovely! Peach and rust together look really nice, and that bit of bluey-grey adds some brightness to the block. I'm not sure I have enough of the peach left to do my homework (I used it to make towel toppers, pairing it with an orange print, and there's just one largish scrap remaining) but I still have all of the green so I can start there. Do you have your April box yet?
This is a wonderful box; everything in it is right up my alley. It's a shame the box and cookies got all banged up; perhaps you could let your postmaster know that your deliveries are arriving damaged. At least the cookies will still taste good. Or if they're too crushed, you (or rather, the person who wins the box) could sprinkle them on top of some strawberry shortcake as a little crumb topping. The fabrics are beautiful and will be beautiful in the finished project. The plastic to make your own template is a brilliant idea! I've never seen it in a box before, so kudos to Ginger Quilter for finding something original to include. The pattern looks challenging (in a good way). Documentation isn't a deal breaker for me; I'm still giving this one a 10 out of 10.

lemon. Hi Holly! Loved the Ginger box. I love Leon’s and the color yellow. I even have lemon fabric for my ironing board cover and my iron is yellow! So happy that Dandelion is feeling better! The pain medication can certainly slow them down and curtail their activity. So happy you were able to spend quality time with your children! Love your channel!❤️

Hush hush 3 is a line of neutrals/ low volume prints and this lemon print is my favorite! The Ginger Quilter boxes are always awesome and so well curated! So happy Dandelion is feeling better! Ugg boots are too cool! Lol

We are finally getting some sun and a complete eclipse sometime today. I wonder how crazy traffic is going to be here? That is a cute pattern. This box gets a 10. Just saying lemon makes my mouth pucker lol. Dandelion is camera shy lol. Glad she is feeling better.

Hush Hush 3 is a Fabric Collection. I think it’s all low Volume. My # is 8.5 She does really nice box’s . Those lemons make me pucker up! 😂😂😂 She is so funny Dandelion is, does not like the camera!! Holly you did a nice job on both of those blocks from using the cards and color wheel. I had forgotten it was peach color, thought it was yellow. Color cards are really informative and I can see already where with learning the colors they would help a lot. Nicely done. Thanks love ❤️ 🥰 🥰 🤗

I was thinking the documentation and the fabric information would be really helpful if someone would want to get more fabric to make the quilt larger. So happy to hear Dandelion is feeling better from the injury and I hope the allergies improve. Happy you had lunch with your kids, once they are adults with families, it’s more difficult to have time with just them.♥️
Great box! Lemon theme is timeless. I have a small lemon theme linen table cloth that was my mother's in the 60's I love to bring out in the spring. ❤️
I love LEMON! Drunkard’s path blocks are easier than they look. The lemon fabric is a sweet low volume print. Love the 1/4” stripe-especially for binding. This is a nice box. 9

Since it's Riley Blake I bet the solids are her Confetti Cottons. The little lemon on white fabric is cute. Seeing my Amby Pamby on the tv just makes me smile so much. It's gorgeous here (Springfield) waiting on the eclipse and watching the birds - I probably should get the lawn mower to the shop and have it serviced and blade sharpened before the grass gets high...OR...I could watch some TV and sew! Oh! And I do need to go get some of the free or BOGO crap that is going on today. I do love me some free stuff. OH! I should mow the lawn while the eclipse is happening! Got a plan now.

Yellow is my favorite color so this lemon box is perfect. The pattern is interesting and would be a good challenging for sewers like me. Glad to hear Dandylion is better.
Lemon does seem to be a popular theme right now. My daughter is moving into a new house soon and I am making lemon themed placemats and a table runner as a house warming gift. Bright and cheery and fresh. I give the box a 10. It is very coordinated.

Hi Holly. The box was lovey. The quality of fabric and creativity was there. I am not a green person. The whole project is very cute. It gets an 8.5. I was doing my own unboxing during the show so I had to rewind. I got an order from SewYeah. I almost bought the same thing on the last show. I said, “I really like that I want some.” Luckily I didn’t buy it again 😂. It came today. Hopefully Dandelion will be running carefree in the yard soon. Our baby gets Zyrtec every day. Sending healing energies to you and Dandelion ❤🤗

I would say I don’t really care for yellow either but I love this box with the lemons!
i would love to make LEMON tablerunner with that pattern. i agree if you wanted to make a larger quilt knowing the rest of the fabric line is important. i give it 9.

I signed up for the Soft Squares Christmas Box, too. By some miracle, she opened that box registration up for a few more people, and I happened to get a spot. So excited! You are soooo right, i noticed shopping that there is a lot of LEMON décor out this year. There is even some at the dollar store! We too in CT have been getting a lot of rain. As you say “be well” 😊
Pretty, springy box. I would give it a 9. Yellow has never been a "problem" color for me; my nemesis was orange. I truly disliked it. That is, until I started quilting--can't make a pumpkin without orange! Now I am open to all colors, they all have a place (though I naturally have favorites). Nice to see Dandelion lifting her head. Allergies are a real bother.
This box makes me think of summer and all that it brings Lemon is my favorite citrus I would give It a 9. Dandelion does seem a bit happier.

This is a beautiful Lemon kit. I love that background material... subtle. I've just found your channel and am looking forward to seeing and learning from you. While I'm an advanced sewist (clothing, period clothing, cosplay clothing, bags, cozies, pillows of all varieties) I'm a VERY new quilter (I'm stretching it to say I'm a quilter as yet).
Though I wouldn't paint a room yellow, I do love a LEMON! I agree, I'd like to know where those solids came from, because I'm bound to goof up and need more of some of them, and I'd be stuck. Love the pattern and the spatula and I'd definitely eat the cookie crumbs too. I give it a 9.5 because we don't know who made the yellow fabrics. And Dandelion is so funny - I love her "Ugg boots". It looked like you were getting the cold shoulder when you mentioned the grooming situation 🤣I get the same look from our dogs!

Lemon aide is my favorite homemade beverage to make although I have a condition that I have to be careful with anything acidic. This box is super cute, refreshing in fact. I want to give this a 10 because who doesn’t love a cute spatula but I also like to know the fabric line so I could buy more or match up the fabric for the backing so it’s a 9.75 for me. ❤❤❤ I'm not a fan of lemons. Once a yr is good. I love the spatula. I love the fabrics. I did love the pattern. Box is expensive, for me. I love the Gonger quilter. She does good on documentation. I give this a box a 9.5. I would recommend this box. And I love shades of yellow. It comes in so handy.
I'd give it a 9.5. The Ginger Quilter is always top notch. I love anything lemon. I love yellow - as a matter of fact, years ago, I wore a yellow gown to my senior prom.
The lemon box was very pretty and challenging. So glad Dandelion is feeling better. My new rescue baby is also going through a slightly rough time. She had kennel cough when I got her. The antibiotic the vet gave her caused a secondary yeast infection and upset tummy. Now have her on gran free diet. yogurt and pre-pro biotics. She is my emotional support as I'm sure Dandelion's yours. Take care and God bless you both.
Poor sweet baby. Hope she's feeling better soon. It's kind of funny, she is more Tom's dog, but whenever SHE needs comfort she comes to me.

Was busy watching😂 the eclipse. It was fantastic. Now the color yellow is not my favorite but I love greens. Not happy with drunkards path either. But the idea was nice and the box was cohesive . the pattern is also cute. I would not use the fabric at all. All together I😊 give it an 8.❤

Love the lemon box! You should complain to your local postmaster. My cookies arrived intact. I cut my lemons and leaves last night, on to the background today.
I may just buy more fabric to make the lemon quilt bigger. Thinking of maybe adding some pink and orange for grapefruit and oranges. Maybe not. Then I’d have to play with sizes….
