Little by little! I’m a few videos ahead in real life but it’s tough to find the time to edit sometimes

    insulation is NEVER quick.
if i did it again i would use foil backed isoboard and dead air space. also consider moving your electricals off the floor to chest height. also, also keeping the wire runs higher and steel wool or screen down low slows down the rodents. they cannot , at very least use your conduits as their superhighway

That’s a good idea. I think the way I’m going to build cabinets is going to allow me to run my wires in fairly accessible places for future maintenance. Planning on closed cell spray foam for the walls and ceiling

@@bakermakesit spray foam caused me sleepless nights, it does generally block most rodent activity. but its drawnacks are burdensome, such as change order in routing wires or plumbing, last minute addition, etc. panel board and adhesive with dead air space, is a weekend task, with planning.
if you do cabinets the outlets will be on the underside? add about six more of them, even that might not suffice in terms of access being in the right place without a mess of cords... i found it to be very helpful to demolish other branded TT's for parts, romex, clips, fasteners, and so on.
i had not much luck with butyl either. Lexol or a urethane caulk .
im surprised at the amount of wood framing you have, unless its part of cabinetry . a parts trailer(s), helps a lot in joinery too. odd angled framing and so on.
currently im rebuilding a closet in a nearly perfect HR fifth that got wet. ive decide. on cedar for my wood frame- in. for our alum frame trailers cedar makes sense at so many levels .
