*I purchase a pre-owned StarCraft. The blade does not seem to be rotating freely thus not cutting clean lines. It's bunching up the paper. I'm using regular paper and testing the blade set at all different heights and at a slow speed. I cleaned out the inside of the blade holder by taking it apart and cleaning it up and it still seems to have the same problem. So I figure I'd buy a new Blade holder and yet I can't seem to find those anywhere?*
*I have 3 Circut makers and I don't any of these problems with the Circut Maker as far as the blade rotating freely.*
*I cut thousands of stickers and cardstock papers.*

Your blade may be too exposed, you should barely be able to feel it sticking out of the red blade holder. The manuals are online because they are continually being added to. You can find the manuals here. www.iloveknk.com/support/starcraft-solo-and-create/
You might also want to join the star craft Facebook group that I have a link for in the description, it’s much easier to get help there than through RUclips.
When I finish printing & cutting it those 2 additional cuts down the center of image I need help please
Your blade may be sticking out of the red holder too much you should barely be able to feel it let alone see it. Your mat could be sagging causing bowing so that when the blade travels it slices. I would check those two things first and see if that makes a difference. If not I would suggest that you join the StarCraft vinyl Facebook group that I have a link for in the description of the video because it’s a lot easier to get help there.
For setting the blade, do I plus the crossmark at the edge of my paper on the mat or on the registration mark?
Always on the registration mark with Print+Cut.
How do I set the Margin If it's off in Solo Create
Your print margins are determined by your printer. I’m not sure what you mean by it being off.
