Well, I've watched all your NTV videos and like you have at some time had to do the same jobs including this one and about to do it to my other NTV. I also bought the same head bearing tool a while back too. I did the old freezer trick on the bearing races, found they slid in very easy. Have you noticed much difference with the roller bearings? I found the bike went into corners more easily, better handling. Another good vid.

Thanks for watching! Well, before I made my driver licence for motorcycles I did all the work to this bike. So I can't say anything about better performance with the new steering head bearings as I don't have any references to the old steering head bearing. ^^

Good videos. Don't know if you already have but one thing I've always done with my bikes is replace the brakes hoses with stainless steel braided ones, brakes feel a bit sharper plus silicon brake fluid, fit it and forget it. There are as always people who don't like silicon but can't say I've had any problems myself. Another is as I remove bolts I replace them with stainless steel, sick of rust. Which country are you in?

With that much grease, you made the bearings immortal :P

Well, there are no grease nipples so I put as much grease as I could onto and into it. 😬😅

Maybe I missed something, but that didn't look like enough grease (on the first bearing at least)
Those bearings really love to be packed with grease, you have to push it in so some grease gets between the inner race and the rollers.
