Rice hulls are extremely lightweight, so they're especially ideal for rooftop gardening or other gardens that require an amendment to make your soil lighter." -groworganic. Just use any standard mix of whatever you can find, sift out larger pieces if there are some in there. It could later be used as mulch on top. Then add in some fertilizer of your choice insuring to do a blend of both short and long release. If you can source a good local compost in your area you could largely use that instead of the fertilizer in this case. If you're really interested I would just spend more time watching videos of gardening instead of the shorts. It's not rocket science. As they say, do your own research. Knowledge is power.

Gardening videos are ALL I have watched all day long while working, cleaning, doing projects, etc. I have a notebook that I keep notes on, which are divided by plant, fertilizing recipes, etc - I tend to go overboard as a lifelong learner 😂😂😂
I do like the way the water jugs were recycled as flower pots 👍 but the music being played? It's roughly 3 months +/- after Christmas?! So what the heck!
