      James, please, I'm right across the Tacony Palmyra from you. This smoke? What should we do? Protection wise I mean, this can't be healthy for the food we hope to eat either? 2nd year Gardner, but this seems pretty unprecedented here. Any advice from anyone in all this?

    • @smas3256
      @smas3256 11 месяцев назад

      @@LynnMTHA I'm near capital of Ct and I see some smoke and sure can smell it. I don't see any ash on my veggies. In New Haven, local weather on news shows thick smoke from sky to the ground it seems but I'm on ground level. Those pics were from drone or copter higher up. Looked at the way the air is moving on the map. Curious how it seems to avoid the capital. Only one thing comes to mind. Manipulation. If I find ash I'll use a vacuum to blow it off with shop vac or my hand held. Worth a try. Air quality is bad for those with lung issues so stay inside. If it is just timer burning that's one thing. Any chemicals in the smoke, I don't know.

    James, your garden looks SOOOOOOOOO PERFECT!!! It makes me think of the garden of Eden. It's massive and obviously labor intensive. Do you do ALL OF THAT WORK by yourself?????? It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL and full of so much VARIETY!! Thanks for sharing the tips. And that cherry tree!!! Many blessings to you!
