Profound and expressed in simple terms Sir!!
Thank you so much
Thanks!...very much appreciated!!
Great. Thank you 😊
Fantastic explanation from Class 1 to 3. thank you for this. please can I have a clearer schematic diagram... it's really hard to read what's in there. I would really appreciate.
Sure. Thank you. Will share by tomorrow
Could u please send your email id, so that i can share
Thanks Eng. Irfan!
A few questions, if you do not mind:
1/ are all addressable detectors loop a class A?
2/ cannot we have notification appliances on same loop with initiating appliances?
3/ is NAC considered a loop by itself?
Hi. Thanks for asking the questions
1) Yes, All Addressable devices are designed using a loop configuration. They are call SLC circuts.
2) No. There is separate connection for Notification devices called NAC circuits
3) No need to considered NAC as a loop.
Please watch my video on "Fire alarm system basics" to know more on SLC, NAC and IDC circuits

@@irfancfps Thanks Irfan for taking the time to respond to my questions.
2/ I have read that there is what’s called a mixed loop where it is possible to have initiating and notification appliances on same loop. Have you come across any?
Thanks for the efforts again. Will be there “a common troubleshooting approaches” episode (it is just a suggestion).
