Restoring a Grade 1 Listed Building in Bath

In this video I show you everything we did to restore this grade 1 listed building in the historic city of Bath. Being Grade 1 listed it makes it extremely hard to do anything which is why it has been left for so long however I decided to take on the challenge. From the issues dealing with listed building consent, to specific materials used as well managing a build with so many unknown variables that could come up.

Im assuming when digging out the floor for the bedrooms that you put in a tanking & air de humidifying system Would be interested to know who you used also what sort of underfloor heating system did you install Water pipe or electric ?
