    Thank you. Would appreciate if you can make a video about the benefit of buying listed building vs non listed building considering there are so many restrictions in development listed building.

    Don't forget, building insurance will be about 10 times higher than an equivalent non listed building.

      You mean as an extension to the existing footprint?

      If it isn't in a conservation area then you'll have more chance. If in a conservation area then you'll need to work closely with the planning dept, local residents usually via a residents association if one exists or local ward councilors.

    Very helpful 👍 quick question, do roofing alterations with consent require additional documentation for the strength of the roof?
