How to put up an IKEA Hugad curtain pole (or Racka curtain rod) step by step for beginners.
Putting up these Ikea curtain poles in real life so you can follow along from beginning to end.
First I'm taking down the Amazon curtain rod and brackets, then installing the IKEA Hugad curtain rod - fixing the Betydlig curtain brackets to the wall and installing Raffig finial to each end of the pole.

Thanks for the kind question
It took a couple of goes with different screws, but the ones I'm using now are 7mm diameter head screws which are 35mm long
Confusingly on the box it's called
PH2 Ø3.5 x L50mm
The PH2 is for a cross head or Phillips screwdriver
The Ø3.5 is diameter but the diameter of the screw head is 7mm
And the length is 50mm
I'm winging it - not an expert!

Don't know if you're writing from the UK, but we think they were from B&Q... Other places my wife would recommend are TK Maxx or H&M Home... Hope any of this helps!
