For my visually impaired friends… she said juice of four limes and put in a comment box juice of two limes. She had four cut lime halves on her cutting board. In any event whatever amount of limes needed to get to that 1/4 cup like juice.
tahin has high caloric value due to its very high fat content - 54 gram per 100 gram- so it‘s best used in moderation, at least if you use it for dressings while dieting
I just found you. What a delight you ate. You temind me of someone but I don't know who! Lol This sauce sounds 'interesting '. It's quite a combo of ingredients but I am definitely making because I am a tahini-aholic. Ty!
Hi Donna! This is so funny!! Truth is - if I had a nickle for every time someone asked me if I had a sister, cousin, whatever, I'd be rich! Apparently I have some very common features / mannerisims! LOL!

New subscriber here! What ingredient makes it smoky; did I miss it? LOVE your no oil channel!! 🌱🕊💚
Thank you!! The sundried tomatoes actually give it a little smokiness. If you'd like more, I recommend adding smoked paprika! Yum!!!
Would you please turn up the volume.

Hi Mandy! Welcome to CPBL! Thanks for subscribing!xo
This looks great. And I’m going to try it. I’m curious tho about the no-oil part. By having tahini, isn’t that the oil/fat component in your recipe?
It’s a whole food from the seed directly and not extracted or processed this retaining it’s nutrients.
KT beat me to it! :)
@@jilopher You took the words out of my mouth! :)
Do you also have a vegan oilfree cheese sauce?
So sorry for the delay!! stlveggirl.com/recipes/best-cheesy-sauce/
@@centerforplant-basedliving Thank you very much! 🥰👍🏻🙏🏻💋💕✨

Sounds like your switch needs to be repaired, then it will be as good as new!
Indeed. Thank you!
@@centerforplant-basedliving Thank you for sharing the recipe! I can't wait to try it.
No oil???!
Yep. At 126 calories per tablespoon, 14g pure fat and no fiber - no thanks. Here's more information: www.cpbl-stl.com/blog/oil
I wanted to like it, but I don't like mint, so I'm going to skip the recipe this time.
Hi Linda! Thanks for commenting! Either nixing the mint all together or subbing in fresh basil would also work. Make the recipe yours! xo
I'm sure any other fresh herb would be delicious. Parsley, basil, dill, cilantro. Or maybe some chopped green onions.
