Hi friends! Thank you so much for watching! The collection officially launched and my shopping guide is updated with links for USA, CANADA, UK, and Europe :) hope this helps! I already see some of the retailers selling out o.O
Hey Sofia…I just wanted to thank u so much for demoing the blushes w/different brushes! I’ve watched other RUclipsrs talk about how pigmented these blushes r. I was thinking I might have to purchase a new brush, bc I just prefer denser brushes in general. I have both of the Sonia G brushes u showed, so that’s great! Last night, I was able to order the mauve blush off of the Nordstrom website. At that time, both blushes were in stock. I was so surprised & excited to see that the blushes were in stock, that I immediately placed my order & didn’t even think to see if they were talc free. Thanks for letting us know that, bc I think that is something very important to know. Thank u for another great review.
Sofia, that was the best skin/cheek swatch ever! 😮😅 I love that you can have silly fun while doing your makeup! No one can say these blushes aren’t pigmented! 😂 “A decent amount” of the second blush-😂 Yep we need more future indecent amounts just for the laughs! I didn’t think the second one looked like a bruise at all. I thought it was very lovely. ❤ And that fall out from those loose pigments is exactly why this clumsy lady will NOT buy them! There is absolutely NO WAY I could buy these. My carpet would have Chanel eyeshadow/pigment instead of me! Or my dogs. 😂 I already struggle enough without having that nightmare! Thank you for all the comparisons! That was a LOT of work! As beautiful as these are to look at, I realize this will all be a pass for me. I have similar enough colors. Thank you! 🙏🏻❤
This was so helpful! Thank you! FYI, I purchased a metal mixing palate from Beautylish and I use it for mixing products and for breaking up the beads the Chanel water fresh products. Hey it’s Jacqueline used a similar mixing palate to sprinkle the loose eyeshadow and it seemed to work well. You looked very pretty in these colors/products!
I see someone put this loose eyeshadow to the pan first and then apply , though it wasted more. As always comparison nailed the reviews. Beautiful color 😍😁
Hi dear Sofia, these new products fom Chanel look super beautiful on you!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩But what i love most about your video's and this video's, is you digging in everything, so much explanation, comparisons, wow!!! I have the eyeshadow quad with the emerald green from them, first i wanted to buy nothing because they ruined chicprofile Tavia. And i don't want the highlighters still. This collection is beautiful! Loose eyeshadow is not my thing, but what a good demonstration!! And maybe the cooler blush, beautiful, thanks so much for this whole video, lots of work i think, have a wonderful day, Sofia!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
I got the mauve shade and it comes today. So excited for this! It looks stunning on you! I got 402 Sycomore in the loose shadows and it is such a pretty shade. I love your Acacia too! Thanks for the video Sofia!
I never clicked so fast 😂😂. I love both shades of the blushes. I’ll probably pass on the eyeshadow but the blushes are gorgeous. I’ll definitely be using your link to get them both 😂😂can’t decide. Thank for building up the coral one because I was on the fence about that one but now I’m getting both lol. Appreciate you
Thanks for all the comparisons for the blushes! The autumnal orange one is tempting me. The loose eyeshadows intrigue me but I know the mess would annoy me. Great review!
These look so gorgeous and you did a great job applying the eyeshadow. This is such a beautiful look on you, so sophisticated and natural … but made up. 😊 The colors look so different online than in swatches I’ve seen.
The blushes are so beautiful from the embossing to the look on the cheek! 😍 After seeing your comparisons, I really have the shades already because I like them. In fact I DO buy the same color over and over 😬. I’m also completely out of storage space for blush now after buying the 3 new RMS shades. Now if a new blush come in, another one will need to go. I was excited about the eyeshadows, but I hadn’t really thought about the mess factor. The end result is very pretty, but the mess would really annoy me, and I’d probably never really use them because of that.
Enjoyed yr video, today I bought eyeshadow 408 , blush 797, lipliner , bloom lipstick 150 , keep telling myself I don’t need more make up but I failed 😅
Thanks Sofia for such detailed review. I decided to skip them as I have got so many blushes this year and will try to make more use of my owned Chanel blushes. ❤
Hi @sofia, Thankyou for getting this review up so quickly! The time and effort you spend to put so many YT videos up each week while also working FT is impressive and it’s greatly appreciated. So those eyeshadows are the easiest pass ever for me. The mess. The wastage. The lack of hygiene to use them. They are not at all economical UGH Just No all round. They aren’t available here in Aus yet but they’ll probably be $60+ each so I’m happy to save my money. Glad you added the les beiges eyeshadow palette to your collection - these are such great staples and they are totally worth it. 😊 The mauve blush is a maybe, it’s not unique - I do have others that are similar thanks to your comprehensive comparisons. It’s def a want not a need for me!!!!
Thank you so much for making such a great video. I’m a Chanel lover and I always watch your review before purchasing it. The fall-winter collection is just arrived in Thailand and I’ll definitely buy the blush harmony. ❤❤❤
I love this entire collection. I think you look absolutely stunning. You are my favorite beauty RUclipsr. You cover all the bases, from talking about makeup in every aspect- from creative to practical aspects, and everything in between. Problem is, not only am I keen to purchase the new Chanel collection, I now want to go back and get the face and cheek palette! But I’m going to try to restrain myself, like you said, we have all of holiday to look forward to in all our favorite brands! Thanks Sofia! You slay in this look, so so chic!
Acacia is pronounced uh-KAY-shuh. It’s a type of tree 😊 These are very appealing shadows! Chene Brun and Murier Noi are calling my name. And I picked up the terra-cotta-ish blush this morning when I saw your update
@@SofiaSeesBeauty ha, no worries, if I’m not mistaken, all these new loose shadow shade names are types of trees. They went for an arboreal autumnal vibe with this collection for sure!
Thank you so much for the review, Sofia! Chanel is now availabe online in Switzerland as well and I ordered the terracotta blush, such a shade is just missing in my collection ❤. So excited for this one - passed on the rest. I enjoy Chanels Eyequad from last year's holiday collection and actually have it on today - such a pretty colorstory for all year around!
Thank you for such a comprehensive review! I ended up getting the Beige & Corail after seeing your swatches for both blush colors. Although I was mighty tempted to pick up both, I felt like I would get more use out of the lighter shade. I didn't pick up any of the loose eyeshadows because they seem a bit too messy.
I’m a cranberry plum girl too I’m after 153 154 shades and the plum blush but need a couple more swatches with olive skin tone 😅🥰 ty for your review 👏🏼👏🏼💕
This collection looks so good on you! Both shades of the blush and lipsticks - and even that wine colored eyeshadow - don’t think I could pull that off, but appreciate it on you
Is it just me or are Gucci Rosy Beige and the Chanel purple autumm Blush quit alike? Just like the Chanel one is a bit stronger in depth🤔 I was going to buy the Gucci one. But now I started to Fall in love for the Fall Look of the Chanel one (which is still available in a local store) - would be so thankful for any help/ advice! ❤ Btw: love your Videos and a cup of Tea to calm down.. and you helped me also with my decision on buys!! ❤ doing such a great and warmhearted job 😚👍
I am wondering what the ingredients of the loose eyeshadows are - specifically whether they include aluminum powder or "fragrance". Thanks for your great review!
I was gonna buy just one before I started watching your video... I am now going to buy both once they launch on the UK website! XD Thank you so much for the review. They both look great on you!
The loose eyeshadows look beautiful. I just plan on using a tissue placed under the eye to catch the fallout. It seems as if it will be the easiest solution with this formulation.
Hi Sofia, Both blushes are stunning! 😍 Can’t wait to see them in store! I think they will look good on all skin tones. I will buy at least one of them (mauve maybe 😊) The loose eyeshadows are an easy pass for me. I live in a powder world and I have no intention to change anything. Thank for sharing and for funny moments 🤗
Great video:) Love the fude! Subscribed!💕 Edit btw, what lipstick were you wearing in the blush side by side clip in the first 1/3 of the video? It looks gorgeous on you:)
I’m curious how the Gucci rosy beige compares to the new Chanel mauvey blush. I see you compared it to the coral/terracotta one but I’m curious about comps to mauvey one. Always appreciate your comparisons 🙏
Thank you so much for lovely comparisons. I so wanted to see Chanel’s new 797 beige et corail blush compared with the 957 Tendresse palette. Can you please tell if the 957 Tendresse palette is difficult to pick up with a brush?? What was your experience I mean?? Please do tell.
Hi Sofia, the look you created is absolutely elegant! Thanks for the swatches, application, and the extensive comparators. I ordered both blush upon seeing how pigmented they are and how slightly different the terracotta one is from comparisons. I suspect Nars Blissful will be a satin dupe for the mauve blush. I purchased 4 loose powder eyeshadows. I passed on the Byzance collection and leaning that way on the XL highlighters. Given what I have, I'm looking for something different and/or interesting and am finding it in the eyeshadow formula. I plan to tap some powder onto a mixing plate and use a brush for application as Jackeline did on her video. I also purchased both LE lipsticks. Sofia, I noticed that you pronounced libre with an 'eh' at the end. Words like libre and ombre are pronounced with a rolling r at the end as though the e disappears (e.g. lib-brr/omb-brr). The 'eh' comes in when you see an accent over the e, like é, at the end. 🙂
Got beige et corail blush today, and now im thinking about picking up the mauve/plum blush as well. I love Chanel blushes, they are one of my favorites. Not interested in loose eyeshadows, they are pretty though, just not my preference.
Great review and very comprehensive comparisons! I ordered both blushes, haha, after telling myself I would skip. Tony detail, but I love that the c’s aren’t overspray. I ordered 1 loose shadow to try. I’ll probably dab it onto my finger and apply and then perfect with a brush. I can’t remember the name exactly, something cuivre, so I won’t feel have to be super exact to get a pretty eye look.
There is a reason Bare Minerals discontinued their loose eyeshadow line. I had tons of them because they had every color, pigment level and finish you could want, and they were at least in sifter pots, so you could use eyeshadow brushes. But they could be messy if you weren’t careful and just made eyeshadow application harder. So surprised they are trying this again, in a format even harder to use. I can’t see this taking off - it will just be a novelty.
After you mentioned the Bare Minerals loose shades I had to go into my stash and dig out all the ones I have. I bought them when I was on a diet cleanse because they are so pure- no added ingredients and was able to scoop up many at half price when they were being phased out. I forgot how many beautiful colors and finishes there and you are also correct in that they are messy. There is a learning curve to using them but it helped that I only opened the sticker to reveal one or two holes. I understand why they are not popular now though. I’m not interested in Chanel’s loose shadow offering this Fall.
I'm considering the mauve blush & maybe one of the loose eyeshadows. Great review Sofia & all the swatches are very helpful. I was wondering how the mauve blush compares to Hourglass mood exposure tonally wise?
My Chanel blush collection (and my entire blush collection) is already unwieldy, but now they tempt me with that rosy mauve color. Thanks for the swatches -- very helpful. I have that Brun Agape liner and it's one of my favorites ever. It always makes me chuckle when people are ask about the grams of product for luxury beauty. Guys -- it's Chanel. If you are pinching pennies, you shouldn't even be buying this brand at all!
Thank you for another excellent video. I appreciate so much hue comparisons for the blushes. I just wish you focused a bit more on the texture as well.
Never been interested in Channel makeup, but oh my the mauve rosy blush is beautiful. I think in my country there might be one retail store selling Channel but I'm not sure which collections they get, but if they sell the blush I'm getting it. 🥰The loose eyeshadow just seem gimmicky and hard to use. The shade is pretty but I'm wondering could they have just done the colour in a single shadow, a pot cream shadow or a shadow stick format and it would have been more user friendly? Also I think for a single colour product the loose shadow is waaay over priced even for a luxury brand product.
I'm still really using the Chanel Spring launch. Do you have any bronzers similar to the Chanel Tendresse bronzy shade? Preferably without fragrance. Its the most perfect bronze on my skin but I'm sad its limited edition.
Sofia in your expert opinion which one to buy old formula Alezane or this new coral one, formula wise etc. because they are so similar in color. Also, is Alezane really sparkly/ glittery when on cheek or its more like satiny/wet looking? Thank You.
Hello! Alezane has sparkles in it so I would recommend the coral one if that is something you do not prefer. However I like Alezane more for everyday because of the color :)
These just dropped at Nordstrom today, so your timing is perfect. I always watch you and Lexi Jong immediately for comparisons with new luxury launches. Chanel describes this product as "luminous". I find this whole launch to be a pass. The blushes are too bold and I have literally about 100 single, loose powder eye shadows from Bare Minerals. They never go bad (no applicator touches the product) and I have all of these types of colors. I may pick a Byzance palette (Cristal) but I'm trying to find out if Chanel will have another collection for holiday. I love that Wild lip color on you. In fact, you look beautiful in Everything! Thanks for the video.💚 P.S. Does Gucci's Rosy Beige blush compare to either of these blushes?
I absolutely love the Tendresse blush palette from Chanel but it’s not available anymore. At least I wasn’t able to find it. the darker one is still available.
I wonder how the 798 Beige Rose Et Mauve compares to Dior's Limited Edition #826 blush. Edited to say that I ended up ordering the Beige Rose Et Mauve and Acacia.
Thanks so much for the thorough review! I’m passing on this collection- the colors don’t really suit me, and I don’t care for the loose shadow formula. ♥️
Thank you for being willing to look like a clown and applying the blush heavy handed to reassure that the blush will be pigmented enough for my skin tone. Add to cart. 🤡😍🛒🛍️
The first promo I saw of the eyeshadows, I thought they will be messy so that is a pass for me. The blushes are pretty, I like the mauve tone the best but concerned that it will look muddy. Your application was perfect and the results did not show it as muddy, streaky or a bruise…so it might be a maybe but I’m not overly excited about it…
Unpopular opinion: I don’t like eyeshadow sticks, liquid or loose eyeshadow. It’s not a trend I’m hopping on and I know I’m a a year we’ll all have comments about “being over it” 😂
I actually think your opinion is pretty universal and I agree with the liquid and loose shadows being popular only sporadically. I do like shadow sticks especially the Laura Mercier Caviar sticks in the shimmer light sheen formula. I wear mostly powder mattes for everyday and a swipe of the caviar stick makes the look more interesting without the fallout that can sometime accompany the glimmers powder shades. I use the stick right on the eye and move the color around with a flat shader or angle brush. I put the darker color on the outer half and a lighter color on the inner part. It’s so quick with a nice subtle payoff. This allows me to use my basic palette shades every day and then add a bit of caviar stick to bring out the color of an outfit - gray, copper, cocoa, bronze, khaki, navy, etc.
For me, there's a time and a place for sticks and creams when I just wanna smear something on and go. But idk why anybody would want to drop loose powder all over their face and chest. Press that s*** out Chanel. Beautiful look though.
I am not 100% on this but I have a feeling that Ulta only gets the permanent products from brands like Chanel and Dior. I don't think they are distributing the seasonal collections

Hello Sophia I was wondering if you had “she’s blushing” from Patrick Ta if they are similar to the channel coral one? 🤔
Thanks for the tip
I'm also planning to deposit some loose powder on a mixing plate as well. Jackeline seemed to deposit a miniscule amount, which I liked.

Hey Sofia which blush do you prefer? I’m only going to get one and I’m your shade twin. They’re both beautiful and I love both shades!
I like the coral shade because I wear a lot of browns and warm tones a little more than mauves :)
I am not sure I have that blush! I think I know which one you are referring to
Buying both blushes with your link ❤
Thank you!
Haha you are right my friend
Pretty color but the loose pigment in a bottle doesn’t appeal to me. I love the mauve blush and may pick that up. Thanks for the review!
Thank you for another excellent video. I appreciate so much hue comparisons for the blushes. I just wish you focused a bit more on the texture as well.
Thanks for the feedback. I described the texture as demi matte and showed a daylight application
That one is SUPER light. I would probably check out the Chantecaille Sirena shade or maybe the Nars bronzer in 00
@@SofiaSeesBeauty thanks!
Hi Sofia. Which blush are you wearing while talking about the collection? I think the mauve one but just to be sure.
The mauve one! :)
Hanky panky on the eyes 😍
Thanks Deborah! That comparison is included in the video
@@SofiaSeesBeauty Oops! That's I get for racing through the end of the video. I'll rewatch it. Thanks.🤦🏻♀
The blushes are already sold out at Nordstrom, unfortunately.
@@lr8607They’re on the Chanel site now!
@@lr8607 Wow! They were both in stock when I posted my comment. So sold out in hours!
I absolutely love the Tendresse blush palette from Chanel but it’s not available anymore. At least I wasn’t able to find it. the darker one is still available.
I ordered the Beige Corail blush. Are there only 2 lipsticks with the collection? I haven’t found those online yet.
No there is about 7 shades I think. I show the swathes in this video
Super great video! I think I have the Hourglass, so I don’t need the Chanel!
Nice!
I wonder how the 798 Beige Rose Et Mauve compares to Dior's Limited Edition #826 blush. Edited to say that I ended up ordering the Beige Rose Et Mauve and Acacia.
The Dior blush is a nude
The blushes SOLD OUT at Nordstrom!! I got lucky I found them at Chanel
YAY!
Do you think the 797 Beige Et Corail would be a good compliment blush with the oranges in the ND Yucca palette?
Personally I would wear a nude or brown blush with that palette because that’s a lot of warm tones
Can’t decide what colour of blush to pick it up 😭
It's hard to choose!!
Nordstrom online! I just ordered!
YAY!
Thanks so much for the thorough review! I’m passing on this collection- the colors don’t really suit me, and I don’t care for the loose shadow formula. ♥️
🖤
Thank you for being willing to look like a clown and applying the blush heavy handed to reassure that the blush will be pigmented enough for my skin tone. Add to cart. 🤡😍🛒🛍️
Of course it's part of the review! :)
I imagine that gucci's rosy beige is similar to the mauve shade from channel, not 100% sure since they're not swatched side by side.
Tell me you didn’t watch the whole video, without telling me you didn’t watch the whole video.
@@celinag9968 Are you speaking to yourself? She swatched gucci's rosy beige for the comparisons of the warm blush from chanel, not the mauve one.
I love both blushes. I think I’ll skip those loose eyeshadows……too messy and fussy. But they look great on you.
Are the blushes shimmery?
no
The first promo I saw of the eyeshadows, I thought they will be messy so that is a pass for me. The blushes are pretty, I like the mauve tone the best but concerned that it will look muddy. Your application was perfect and the results did not show it as muddy, streaky or a bruise…so it might be a maybe but I’m not overly excited about it…
❤👌
So far this year, I spent £0.00 at Chanel. It seems that it will continue to be that way.
😂

Great video, Sophia. I was interested in the Chanel Fall collection and you’ve given me a lot to think about.
Same. I stopped buying liquid eyeshadows. I never use them!
For me, there's a time and a place for sticks and creams when I just wanna smear something on and go. But idk why anybody would want to drop loose powder all over their face and chest. Press that s*** out Chanel. Beautiful look though.
@staceyb I agree with you. I prefer to use palettes.
Love the blushes. But the loose eye shadows are definitely not for me. I am messy enough as it it. 😂😂😂
Haha I can only be trusted with the one :)
One has to applaud the audacity to sell a loose eyeshadow for Chanel prices..that profit margin! The peachy terracotta blush is beautiful though.
Haha indeed :)
I really hope they come to ulta..lol
I am not 100% on this but I have a feeling that Ulta only gets the permanent products from brands like Chanel and Dior. I don't think they are distributing the seasonal collections
@@SofiaSeesBeauty Ugg, I’m not in the mood to pay full price for this, guess I don’t need it😒🥰😆
