These lower incomes deliver/create much of the production/ revenuen that is creating this growth. How much growth do these lower incomes have to create before it pays for MORE than just the tax returns for the rich.
Here's the whole thing though, he assumes (as all of them) that the economy will keep growing over a 10 year period. And even then expect it to be around 2.5 to 3 percent growth per year. We are already starting to see a slowdown. So guess what?! We are digging a deeper hole. What happened to the GOP regarding Fiscal Responsibility?
