While happy that B-Komachi is gaining popularity, Ruby is still frustrated that she is lagging behind her friends. However, B-Komachi's concerts are on hold until Kana is finished with the play. Meanwhile, Akane takes Aqua to a theater play of Smash Heaven where he is impressed with the presentation and acting. They then encounter Raida, who reveals that GOA was the writer of the Smash Heaven play and is actually very passionate about his work. Aqua comes to conclusion that Abiko will not be able to write a script suited for the Tokyo Blade play, and asks Raida to find a way to reinstate GOA. Enjoying GOA's work, Aqua decides to take a more direct approach and asks Yoriko to deliver an envelope to Abiko. Yoriko heads to Abiko's apartment and is shocked to see her overworking herself to meet the deadline for the latest Tokyo Blade chapter. Yoriko helps finish the chapter, but gets in an argument with Abiko where they both reveal their shared passions and insecurities about their respective works being adapted, eventually reconciling in the morning. Abiko then opens Aqua's envelope, revealing a ticket to the Smash Heaven play, which she decides to attend.
