No matter what country you seem to visit, your videos always excite me for my upcoming travels - thanks for another beautiful country to add to the bucket list!
Your camera skills are EXCELLENT. And as others have mentioned...you are so entertaining to listen to as the commentary keeps us on our toes. Love your channels. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for sharing your time in Lisbon! We visited Porto a few months ago and fell in love with Portugal. Love your content! Greetings from California.
Hey! My wife and I were there just after you guys. We had the exact same experience at the Pena Palace too! The food made up for it though, such amazing pastries and seafood
Hello! Next weekend we are traveling to Lisbon for a few days. Your video helped a lot in organizing our program. I hope the weather will be nicer when we visit Sintra. Thanks for your video. It was very helpful.
A beautiful video as always guys! I'm very excited for the Madeira vlog. That's been one of the top destinations on my travel list for a while now but haven't got around to it yet.
Enjoyed the video, particularly all the B-Roll stuff. Lisbon was my last international trip before the pandemic and I'm really glad I went. Absolutely loved the experience and would love to go back in a heartbeat if I could.
Fabulous video of a beautiful city. Expert editing, beautiful imagery and great music. And Lula and Allan Sugar do look like they were seperated at birth. As for the Pena Place, it was exquisite to see it in such a fashion. Needless to say, I love fog.
Thank you for your videos. We're travelling to Porto and Lisbon at the end of the month and I've found your restaurant suggestions and attractions excellent.
We've been talking about visiting Portugal as well as Spain this year. My father was from Portugal. This video wet my appetite. Can't wait to watch more of your videos. New subscriber here.
Hello and welcome! This style of travel vlog is our bread and butter along with travel tips videos. I hope you enjoy our back catalogue until the next one.
Thank you for sharing of Lisbon - I have seen a lot from both TV and RUclips.. My dream tour in future, surely. My Swedish friends who travelled to Lisabon recommend me to do before I am too old 🙂 People in Portugal are so freindly and hospitable, SEA FOOD (My favorite food) is wonderful here, they told me. Have a wonderful day! Best Wishes from STOCKHOLM - SWEDEN🎁
Thank you very much for such great videos - very professional and very kind too. :-) Lots of very useful details! THANK YOU! Keep traveling and enjoying it!
This video came at the PERFECT time! My S.O. and I are leaving tomorrow morning for Lisbon with a day trip to Sintra and the forecast is...well...rainy season forecast. 😂 We are determined to make the most of it, though! Thank you for showing what Sintra looks like in the rain and fog. Honestly I like the atmosphere it created, but hopefully we will be able to see the outside of Pena Palace!
Hello Love the video such a historic place to visit. I have found in my family tree that I am descended from the first King of Portugal Afonso. So have added Lisbon to our visit list. I had a simpler fog issue on holiday. In the movie the close encounter of the 3rd kind the final was shot around the devil's pulpit on Wyoming which my parents decided we should visit. So we traveled from souther Ontario Canada in a 1975 ford custom for five days to get there and we stopped in South Dakota to visit Mount Rushmore and when we get there it is so foggy you could not see 10 feet. We did get to see them two years later. Thanks for the video. Take Care Chris and Sandra of Canada.
Love to see such a nice snapshot of my beautiful country 🐵🍻 Awesome representation of Lisbon and mysterious Sintra (the weather was perfect for a Quinta da Regaleira visit). Can't wait to see how you portrait Madeira :)
Love your videos and soooo insightful!! I saw your Porto video, which inspired me to see this one too!! I love your Porto Info, Hotels and Activities with the links. Can't thank you enough! Do you have one like it for Lisbon?
Excelent stuff! Hope you return for another shot at the Palácio da Pena. Some of the best photos of the palace are from the Castelo dos Mouros and Convento dos Capuchos. The Museu do Azulejo (Tile Museum) I always recommend to go visit and, if possible, do the guided tour. Also the Museum of Money which is built in a church. If you're ever back in Lisbon drop me a message and I'll give you some tips on photographic spots. Oh and, hey, I'm a Get Your Guide... guide, which was a fun fact. Always welcome back!
Love your script and its rich vocabulary! Guess you guys are kind of a magnet for rainy holidays as I remember you had more or less the same experience in Maldives?
This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Loved your video. Very charming and professional. I'm from Sintra, and yes, there's fog quite often. It's what makes the place unique from the rest of the country. There's a lot more to see on that stunning hill. By the way, before the name was changed, Lisbon's bridge was called Salazar bridge. 😊
Me again😊 Cool as Lisbon is on my list for 2023 [ I am doing a triangle of Sevilla -Lisbon-Sea vacation]. What musik is playing from 7:05 till 8:00 min? The last shot of water [at 16:16 or so] or shore, how is the place called? I definitely going to Sintra just for Natur and Castle! It looks that in Lisbon you need trams and with it the Lisbon Card. I had no use for them in Porto, you can just walk the old main parts of the city. Yes I agree the GetYouGiude is really great! I have App for all my travels.
Ive seen Pena and Moorish Castle in both the clear and the fog. I actually prefer it in the fog as it really does add a cool mystic vibe. The clear day view is nice. But its nicer in other locations like Sao Jorge or Palmela Castles.
Love your videos ! You came up on my RUclips feed! I'm so 😊 happy I came across your videos because I want to go to Lisbon this summer. Very informative indeed. I've been to Barcelona where English was spoken, was wondering about language when you leave the touristy areas? How do speak some Spanish though.
Hi, i am Portuguese...In General Portuguese can undestand english if they are younger generations, old people probably not, as before 1974 there was a long dictator here and Portugal was the most European closed coutry then and poor...so u can picture I think, but after Portugal opened up and Education syncronised with English and French being oficial classes so now young generations have at least some understanding, but in General what is better is Portuguese people will always try to help you even if not with the best undestanding...so no worries whatsoever, I think if your not picky you will surelly like it. One last thing, all Portuguese will undestand spanish, but I will remaind you never think its the same has usually spanish and Portuguese they are now friendly countries, but all our history was war with spain, kingdoms trying trying always to conquer Portugal , back then Spain was even not spain its was castille and other several kingdons, we are much older as a formed country, one of the oldest in Europe if u see history, but well when in difficulty you can speak spanish we undestand it but frankly if u can avoid it, we are a happy people :) just kidding , for the effort to undestand and help just shout it up loud , we will help u to make your day!!! welcome....
I was very amused to see Sintra just as I saw it - foggy as hell, especially once we got up to the beautiful old Moorish ruins offering supposedly breathtaking views.😄 Oh well, maybe another times.. I loved both Lisbon and Sintra. I just wish we could have know about that great seafood restaurant that you visited (instead we stumbled into a few tourist traps). Lovely video, thanks!

Absolutely loved Lisbon! Had the same experience at Pena Palace - so much fog and zero visibility, unfortunately. We’ll both just have to go back!
I LOVED the polvo salads! And my husband loved the porco frico!

Thank you! Your videos are helping us plan our trip
I don't get it why people call rainy and foggy weather bad. It only increases the beauty of the area and gives it a mysterious charm.
Well it did for the castle but didn’t for Sintra in that we couldn’t see the palace and the normally stunning views. So that’s why.
People from Ireland and the uk disagree :)
My time is limited...
