What Mental Health Means To Me

With our walk for Mind fast approaching we thought it would be a good idea to encourage people to talk about their mental health as talking is one of the best things you can do. We decided to tackle the questions ‘What does mental health mean to you?’ And asked a bunch of our friends to help out
