I use this hair mayonnaise mixed with my oil mixture and Avocado conditioner for my prepoo for my first 6 weeks of my relaxer stretch or until the new growth starts to come in then I switch to a moisturizing conditioning treatment.

Yes l washed it out and protein is used monthly to strengthen the hair and deep conditioning (moisture) is done every week
