Sweetheart what is your hair texture, is it thick or fine? Mine is fine so 15mins in total,7mins to apply relaxer,8mins to smooth out and then l wash it out,don’t go and sit down for down for more minutes. If you will use this same relaxer read instructions ok
There is a shampoo and conditioner that comes with the relaxer. I have a questions about it, after relaxing my hair for the proper way, is it just not necessary to use them and just go right to the neutralizing shampoo just like you do?
Your question is not clear,but hopefully Am answering it right dear, after washing all the relaxer out,go ahead and use the neutralizing shampoo first,after use the clarifying shampoo then moisturizing shampoo follows,conditioner follows, then protein treatment follows

I think you should use them and if it’s not enough, you add yours. Mine doesn’t come with it soo l need to buy them separately
