    Wow...never considering visiting Bulgaria but now it's on my list. Had no idea Bulgaria had so much history and beauty. Amazing video!

    Thank you for visiting and filming my country. Did you know that Sofia has one of the best drinking waters in Europe. And that's because its drinking water comes from Rila mountain (and not from Vitosha mountain as many people may thinking).

    Ancient bulgarian calendar is recognised by unesco in the 70's to be the most accurate calendar humanity had invented

    I would love to go there. It’s just amazing what is found under the ground once excavating for buildings, roads, etc. starts. I bet those paintings were breathtaking in person. I’m curious if the food in the painting was common dinner at the time of the last supper or when the painting was done.

      Yes, I’m not sure what they ate. I’m sure they would have had some type of bread for sure. Maybe some fish. They didn’t have tomatoes or potatoes in the Middle East then. The paintings are pretty impressive, especially when you consider how old they are. Thanks for watching!
