13 years old - Indoor National Champion in 200m & 400m.
Outdoors, He ran 50.8 in 400m

14 years old -
At Adidas Track Nationals He won in 48.81 in 400m, 2nd place in 200m & 2nd in 60m.
International Youth Champion in 200m & 400m in 48.09 & 22.29 into a headwind
AAU Jr Olympic champion in 400m at 47.77 . This was his 5TH TITLE at the JR Olympics. He ran 47.59 in the Semifinal race. He finished 2nd in 200m in 22.42.
15 years old -
New Balance Indoor national champion in 400m in 46.67
At the Penn Relays in Philly the same year he split 45.06 on the relay.
Outdoors, At New Balance Nationals he finished 2nd in Philly. That same year he was one of the youngest American athlete to sign a name, image and likeness NIL contract with a major sports brand company!
Now here we are in 2024!
In January, he ran 500m at boys invitational, Quincy ran 1:01.27 which was U.S age-group No.2 ALL TIME , almost missed the national record by 0.02. At the same meet, he was apart of the sprint relay and they set a national high school record.
In Feb- East Coast Invitational in Virginia he ran PR of 21.02 in 200m.
Millrose Games - he ran the 2nd fastest all time high school boys 600m mark in 1:17:36
Ocean Breeze Elite Invitational PR in 300m in 33.11
In March - New Balance National Indoor champion 400m 45.76 . That time would have placed him 4th at the 2024 world athletics indoor championships
Florida relays - won in 45.19 in 400m
In April - won Beach Run Invitational in 800m with a time of 1:50.44
Penn relays - we’ll go look at the videos on that. Splits 44:69 and 44.37

Yeah that's a sure give away also in my book 📖,, the kids mechanics are absolutely 💯 % horrible 🤷, horrible 🤪 horrible 🤧, it's like he's actually defying physics & all the mathematical forms of nature & matter & body alignment going in forward motion not to get the results he's gettin, & this young kids arm's are all over the place flopping all around, legs going in one direction & arms going in another, all I can say is, if it's not some kind of stimulus then he's like the bumble 👉🐝bee who science says that their wings are just to small for them to be able to fly like that to carry their fat chubby little bodies all around, but thank God they don't know that, cause if they knew they wasn't suppose to be flying from flower to flower making & processing honey 🍯we as humans would be truly sad indeed, but because they don't know that they fly🐝there asses off in spite of science, isn't that wonderful 🤣!!! If you ever ran 300 lows over the hurdles, I almost went to state. I was running about 35's, so think about it. If he was running three hundreds and he's able to run 32, he can do that 44.

2017 world champ will always be my control. A "narural" 9.58 place 3rd behind 9.90 first place. Natural trained and warmed up the same way every year every event. Yet couldnt beat a 9.90 final. Why was he in the pack at the finish line jockeying for a spot on podium? Officials didnt make it known until all athletes was checked in on campus. They announced strict testing in room track day before/after every event. That removed component from au'natural training/warmup regimen. Now he not fast anymore😂
Tyson was 9.80+/- all day everyday while secret was kept. After his exposure he became comfortable at the finish with the pack. No more sub 10 and barely getting 10flat.

@Mr 100K a Day- I like Quincy, he's a good kid. He's 16 and he shows he's 16. He's a well-brought-up kid, upper middle class, and when I saw his phenomenal rise I said to myself I HOPE He's CLEAN. I have a problem with the NCAA NOT testing their athletes, matter of fact most countries do but I am against that rule BUT the fact that he stepped into grown-man activities then he should be tested but I am sure he was NOT. And this bothers me. So again I like him BUT I hope he's clean and if not then someone has fvcked up this young guy's future before it even started. SMFH.

You need to use your platform to organize a better scoring system for track athlete the old one is flawed. The only girl that ran good times in 200m besides G.Thomas was Richardson ,she ran under 22 second two times and won both of her heat 21.98 and 21.91 and she didn't have bad race until they threatened to disqualified her for stepping on the line.If you go with an average of the three runners
Sherri, she would be running 200m and winning the gold 🥇., You should be doing better for track and field beside being a snitch.
