- The KPD is back in full force, as the officers hit an establishment known as "The HQ" - no doubt referring to its role as the nerve centre in the ongoing lewd crime wave. After a mole is sent in to sniff out the situation, two employees named Ramone and Eddie have their hands full dealing with the brunt of Cleveland's finest as all resources are directed at their telephone lines.
