This time around the officers are on the case of a restaurant manager who's made the mistake of playing dumb when confronted with Ed's accusations. Her tune changes, however, when she's treated to a verbal dressing-down courtesy of every cop on the force.

Just when it seems like the manager is about to break, Ed delivers the final blow: "You're lucky we don't shut you down right now. You're going to cooperate with us, or you'll face the consequences."
The manager, defeated, agrees to comply with their demands. But as the officers leave, she can't help but wonder if she's just been bullied into submission.
Some possible directions to take the story:
- The manager decides to fight back, filing a complaint against the KPD for their excessive use of force.
- Ed and his team continue their crusade, targeting more businesses and individuals, but their actions eventually attract the attention of a higher authority.
- The manager becomes a reluctant informant for the KPD, but soon realizes that she's trapped in a web of corruption and deceit.
