- Officer Ed Powell's line of work pits him against some of the world's most lewd criminal masterminds, but nothing can prepare him for this. The Captain and crew enter the belly of the beast, coming face to face with the Prince of Darkness himself: The Black Devil.
Not content with leaving just one lascivious message to the Third District, the man takes intense pleasure in tormenting Powell, Hart and Herbert with endless phone calls, all the while laughing manically. With nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, the boys are forced to take a nightmarish trip through hell at the mercy of the Black Devil. Will they make it out alive?
