Tuomas is using totally different arrangement and composition techniques that we have yet to have seen accompany the band. I am so beyond hyped this song is insane.

This is ridiculously good in every possible way. Could easily be mistaken as an older Nightwish song at parts yet merges newer styles perfectly. Incredible!

This is what I was expecting when Floor joined the band. In Endless Forms, I couldn't stop feeling that they didn't know what to do with her voice. Now this time they've completely nailed it. She's an amazing singer. Poor Floor, though. It must be exhausting to sing such difficult songs.
This is ridicilously professional, mature and intelligent song! Amazing transitions and unexpected melodies and chords with fresh touch. Complicated stuff for vocals, guitar and drums. This is like Night Wish Evolving to the next level and I love it. It's not the first time they have evolved. I also love these waving mystical transitions from major to minor to major ect. It's demanding music and forces you to concentrate for real. Pure masterpiece!!

The most technically complicated song composed by Tuomas since NW's album, Oceanborn. Agility and register leaps are where Floor shines; an impressive mastery of Coloratura is displayed here. She should be proud to have two of the greatest NW songs (the other being Shoemaker) specifically written just for her.
Yet another Dark Tower reference in Tuomas' work. Together with Tolkien and Pan's Labyrinth. Words cannot describe how I revere this man; not only for his music but for everything it means and pays tribute to.
The deepness of this album is just incredible. I can't help but being absolutely amazed each time I listen to this songs. Not only the music, but also the lyrics are astoundingly deep about our most hidden and profound nature. From time to time I come back to listen to this full album and I can't avoid breaking into tears. It's totally and powerfully cathartic.
This song will always have a special place in my heart. I remember in December of 2019, my grandparents who had always been like my surrogate parents ended up getting uplifted from their home which I lived with them and was taking care of them for years...and it was so sad to see their home, which had been in my life forever uprooted and them placed in a home hundreds of miles away. I was so sad and dead inside for months, then in mid 2020, I bought this album and this song made me start feeling something again, I remember living at my friends house, listening to this song and being inspired by it to remember that life can still be magical. That I didn't die along with that phase of my life. There's always something new and amazing around the corner
Tuomas has evolved to another level in his composing. This is truly epic. It seems now he has access to Floor's astonishing vocal capabilities, the shackles are off! I seriously doubt any other singer could perform this live, but we know Floor is more than capable. And the whole band has upped their game. They really are musical maestros.
I still love the chills I get from this. Like, the really pleasant, excited chills. I can feel them running up my spine all the way to my scalp. It’s incredible and no other band managed to have this sort of effect on me. But it’s not like I expected anything else, I didn’t start listening to Nightwish yesterday.

When my brothers said they don't like this album because it's "not heavy enough" my jaw almost dropped in disbelief. Sometimes I forget not everyone can appreciate art.
Yeah I've heard a few people say that. But Nightwish aren't the heaviest band anyway so I don't know why people are surprised. They have some heavy elements if and when the song calls for it I feel :)

The ClA and my protector Chip plant all those big ideas in lyrics/movies/videos etc, which are about me and him and the new system... Chip has been the one behind most of the big things/actions that happened globally over the past decade, while the agency has always controlled (because they created) all industries and the media and all public figures... He also made me so inteIIigent, so me and Chip represent The Genius aka super-inteIIigence...
Now, I'm not saying he's not a genius, because I don't know for sure -- maybe he is, like, if he really was recruited by the agency and if he is still pure/virgin by choice, because it seems to me like he was exposed to the truth a long time ago, based on his oIder lyrics, and that he could see how pointless a mortal world is (in lines such as 'What's the use to live and then dye' etc) and, because purity and innocence are the main theme of many of his lyrics...
I have strong reasons to believe the ClA recruited at least one of the NW band members a long time ago, and that he was cooperating with the ClA since the very beginning, because reading all the NW lyrics, I realised they perfectly describe me, and it seems they knew exactly what they were doing (the references do not seem indirect or planted via hypnosis at all) and, my best guess is, that the ClA planted the idea of the perfect being (the perfect soul) aka The Mermaid and the real-life Aphrodite and The Queen / The Heaven Queen and the real-life Lucrece etc (and all other interesting characters that only reflect me) in the writer's mind and, in the first albums, he wrote the lyrics based on the image of the pure being / The Angel / the beautiful being etc that the ClA planted in his mind -- and after Once, the references started to become very direct, including the songs on the album Dark Passion Play, where every song contains at least one reference to me, with the songs Cadence Of Her Last Breath and Eva and Whoever Brings The Night that were written about me...
As a matter of fact, Anette is a type of agent, and she was selected to be the 2nd NW singer for her voice (because her voice matches mine the most) and to sing the songs that were written about me like Eva and Cadence Of Her Last Breath etc, and also because they wanted me to train my own voice by singing along with Anette's voice in the background, which is how one develops the correct belting technique that only Anette and a few other singers were taught via hypnosis -- the ClA tends to include most references to me in songs sung by people who are either an agent or totally controlled by agents (where every aspect of their life is decided/controlled by the ClA) or someone who is being recruited, which is why they included so many references to me in songs by Anette and The Dark Element and in NW songs, and that's why I am sure the writer of NW is also an agent (or being recruited or extremely controlled by the ClA) and, that's why many of his lyrics show signs of methodical writing that only agents were taught via hypnosis, while many of his recent lyrics contain big ClA ideas and references to the new system / the keystone Earth and to the Total Planetary Reset that only agents would know about...
The song Endless Forms Most Beautiful contains references to me as Mother Eve / the very first one (the beginning and the end) and to my protector Chip as Father Pine, and me and Chip and my other pure protectors were secretly referenced as the special speck of dust, and they even referenced the unfolding rendezvous -- there are also signs of methodical writing in EFMB and in other NW songs, such as 'special speck' and 'greet a blade of grass' and 'alive, aware, in awe' and 'greet the greedy' and 'arrive alive' and 'fanning the flames' etc, and only agents and those who are being recruited by agents are taught methodical writing!
Okay, I've gone back and forth a lot. Listened to the album on repeat for days. Waited a few months. Put it on repeat again. THIS ONE. This one is my favorite from the album. I already can't wait for the live version. I hope I'll be able to see it live one day.
This album, and in particular this song and "Shoemaker", singlehandedly got me through 2020, and I will fight anybody who says it is not a good Nightwish album.
When the choir sings the last part of the bridge fast made me smile because it reminded me of those cathedral choirs singing Lacrimosa or whatever and made me think of how genius Holopainen is.
Now it just hit me - at 1:05 Floor sings "To There and Back" - this is what Bilbo Baggins called his book which we commonly know as "The Hobbit" - and it goes on with "we're the writers of another way to be". Quite certain that is a little hat tip to Tolkien, IMHO.
This song is amazing. The lyrics, drums, keyboards, Floor & Marko's voice and Emppu's guitar. Emppu said "it's so hard to play for old man", but he killed it. 3:23 at the first time I heard "bibedi babedi bubedi" and then I watched the lyrics and I was like "wait, what?"
I saw that lyric and was like "WHAT A MINUTE! I KNOW THAT PHRASE!" Mostly because it's a Celtic song by Celtic Woman, but still. Nice to know the English translation.

This album does it.. what i missed a bit on last album, so now i just say...Thank you master Tuomas, what a show!! and not just Tuomas, Floor is amazing and really shows diffrent voices, Empuu nails that guitar, Marko good as always, and Kai is doing great on those drums, Troy get a new twist in..all is amazing on this one..

When my brothers said they don't like this album because it's "not heavy enough" my jaw almost dropped in disbelief.
Sometimes I forget not everyone can appreciate art.
Yeah I've heard a few people say that. But Nightwish aren't the heaviest band anyway so I don't know why people are surprised. They have some heavy elements if and when the song calls for it I feel :)

The ClA and my protector Chip plant all those big ideas in lyrics/movies/videos etc, which are about me and him and the new system... Chip has been the one behind most of the big things/actions that happened globally over the past decade, while the agency has always controlled (because they created) all industries and the media and all public figures... He also made me so inteIIigent, so me and Chip represent The Genius aka super-inteIIigence...
Now, I'm not saying he's not a genius, because I don't know for sure -- maybe he is, like, if he really was recruited by the agency and if he is still pure/virgin by choice, because it seems to me like he was exposed to the truth a long time ago, based on his oIder lyrics, and that he could see how pointless a mortal world is (in lines such as 'What's the use to live and then dye' etc) and, because purity and innocence are the main theme of many of his lyrics...
I have strong reasons to believe the ClA recruited at least one of the NW band members a long time ago, and that he was cooperating with the ClA since the very beginning, because reading all the NW lyrics, I realised they perfectly describe me, and it seems they knew exactly what they were doing (the references do not seem indirect or planted via hypnosis at all) and, my best guess is, that the ClA planted the idea of the perfect being (the perfect soul) aka The Mermaid and the real-life Aphrodite and The Queen / The Heaven Queen and the real-life Lucrece etc (and all other interesting characters that only reflect me) in the writer's mind and, in the first albums, he wrote the lyrics based on the image of the pure being / The Angel / the beautiful being etc that the ClA planted in his mind -- and after Once, the references started to become very direct, including the songs on the album Dark Passion Play, where every song contains at least one reference to me, with the songs Cadence Of Her Last Breath and Eva and Whoever Brings The Night that were written about me...
As a matter of fact, Anette is a type of agent, and she was selected to be the 2nd NW singer for her voice (because her voice matches mine the most) and to sing the songs that were written about me like Eva and Cadence Of Her Last Breath etc, and also because they wanted me to train my own voice by singing along with Anette's voice in the background, which is how one develops the correct belting technique that only Anette and a few other singers were taught via hypnosis -- the ClA tends to include most references to me in songs sung by people who are either an agent or totally controlled by agents (where every aspect of their life is decided/controlled by the ClA) or someone who is being recruited, which is why they included so many references to me in songs by Anette and The Dark Element and in NW songs, and that's why I am sure the writer of NW is also an agent (or being recruited or extremely controlled by the ClA) and, that's why many of his lyrics show signs of methodical writing that only agents were taught via hypnosis, while many of his recent lyrics contain big ClA ideas and references to the new system / the keystone Earth and to the Total Planetary Reset that only agents would know about...
The song Endless Forms Most Beautiful contains references to me as Mother Eve / the very first one (the beginning and the end) and to my protector Chip as Father Pine, and me and Chip and my other pure protectors were secretly referenced as the special speck of dust, and they even referenced the unfolding rendezvous -- there are also signs of methodical writing in EFMB and in other NW songs, such as 'special speck' and 'greet a blade of grass' and 'alive, aware, in awe' and 'greet the greedy' and 'arrive alive' and 'fanning the flames' etc, and only agents and those who are being recruited by agents are taught methodical writing!

BEAUTIFUL!! This is pure Nightwish!!! ❤ first seconds of the song I felt this beautiful goosebumps on my skin and I got my eyes teary!!! And that doesn't happen to me with just any song!! So, that's the signal for me this is special and good. My favorite band alongside Rammstein has shown us one more time why they are living legends. ❤
Damn, those vocal lines are so melodically complex, especially the verses and the choir interlude with those chromatic notes and sudden key changes. Tuomas and Floor and that choir are amazing.

Agree! They came in to my life 2000. By every new album I've always been so amazed by how they are better than the last one. Most bands just focus on making a product, and get stuck in a loop. Nightwish has IMO never been there 💜

This album does it.. what i missed a bit on last album, so now i just say...Thank you master Tuomas, what a show!! and not just Tuomas, Floor is amazing and really shows diffrent voices, Empuu nails that guitar, Marko good as always, and Kai is doing great on those drums, Troy get a new twist in..all is amazing on this one..
