    1. Multitasking
    Finish one task, then move on to others.
    2. Fasting
    When you’re hungry, you feel better, and work becomes easier, but after eating, you feel like you need to rest.
    3. Order
    Look around the room; if there are things cluttering your desk, etc., you need to remove them as they distract your attention.
    4. Learning style
    As soon as you learn something, apply it in practice immediately; this way, you'll remember it better.
    5. Plan
    By following a plan, you'll know what to do, and you'll accomplish many tasks in a day.

    Fasting is definitely not for me; when I'm hungry, my body refuses to work and concentrate.
