How To Use Auto Duck in Audacity

In this video I will be showing you a very useful feature in Audacity known as Auto Duck. This simple effect notices when you are talking, the music will go quiet, and when you aren't talking the music will go louder. This is ideal for commentary, podcasts, intros etc.
