Slimmer fitting knee boots with wider leg jeans work better, chunkier boots with wide leg jeans may look bottom heavy. Also, you want your shaft to be narrow enough for the knee boots to fit under the jeans thereby ensuring they don’t protrude. Pointy or almond toe knee boots are my personal favourite, they help elongate your legs. Hope these were helpful ❤

The cowboy bots with shorts look much better.
Style is so subjective and I fully endorse wearing what makes you feel comfortable. But shorts aren’t very practical for cold weather climates.
