Those tires are the Nitto Ridge Grappler’s in 37x12.50. I’ve ran them in a 35 as well and they are a great all around tire. Thanks for watching the video Ty!
We didn’t install it that day but he did later on. He mounted a small Baja Designs light bar on that bracket. I think he was happy with it, I don’t know how it would look with a front plate on it.
I like the evo 1/4 pounder for my JT. DO you happen to know if I have to cut the frame horns to fit the JT as well? Also if you don't run a winch, will the top stay opened or is there a piece that closes off the top section? Great video, thank you.
The install on the JT should be exactly the same, so you will need to cut those frame horns to slide the bumper over. It really wasn’t that difficult if you have a saws all and a grinder. I don’t think Evo makes a plate to cover the top it’s designed to have a winch inside it. They do also make the quarter pounder in aluminum as well which is a nice option. Thanks for watching!
I’m two years late to the party. Bumper looks great. Do you know of any way to re-use the nice factory LED for lights that were in your stock bumper. Any type of after market housing that can be used? Thamks
We didn’t weigh the two when we installed it but the Evo ones shipping weight is 90lbs and the factory steel one is 83lbs, that’s not including a winch plate on the OEM one. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!
@@FROSTBITEOFFROAD I've got the mid hoop coming but it just uses the front 8 blots. Someone said maybe it was for the jig when its fabricated🤷♂️ I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss something dmg it during witching.
@@casey197930 yeah that totally could be, their logo is probably pretty hard to cut out as well. I’m sure they use a laser for that. Let me know if you have any more questions about the install, thanks for watching!
Nice work 👍
Thanks!
What size are those tires they look great .
Great video just got the 2021
2 door , looking to get the evo bumper very helpful Ty

So no need winch plate with this bumper? Thx
Great video btw nice and clean
No need for any additional winch plate, it’s integrated into the bumper. Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching!
Hi,
Is it possible to install the stock bumper back after the cutouts made for EVO bumper?
Thanks
Yeah the stock bumper will go back on fine, you won’t be able to use the factory sway bar skid plate though. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!
@@FROSTBITEOFFROAD Yes, thanks for the info 👍🏻
Any more info on the license plate / light mount? Not been able to Google that one up. Made by EVO?

Not that I know of, most people use a kit to wire aftermarket lights to the factory harness. It is a very nice bumper and looks great too!
Hi sir,What size is the inner sleeve of the bushing?
We just purchased whatever they had at the hardware store that fit over the M10 bolt, we went to Ace if that helps. Thanks for watching the video!
Yo get vid - do you still have the factory bumper if so t u looking to sell it
It was sold shortly after the video was made, it's definitely a popular option. Thanks for watching!
How much does the evo weigh in comparison to the stock steel bumper

I've got the same bumper..any idea what the extra holes are for on the sides on it?
I’m not 100% sure but I believe they are for the stinger option to bolt into.
