@AK2927 - in the early 70s it was all prog - ELP, Black sabbath, Zep, Yes, Purple, Ten years after, Family, Free - it was all prog - and it still is (what's prog rock??)
FAMILY: then as now - inimitable and in a class all of their own. forty years after the fact it`s still fun watching today`s listeners trying to pigeonhole them: "prog"? PROG my ASS!
Dammit - quit talking French over their answers!! This is a common problem with footage of British bands from that era when they were more popular elsewhere, such as France, or in the case of Genesis, Belgium and Italy in the earlier days.
Saw Family Live n Glasgow many years ago...Verdict!....Don't get much better...Cheeer's Man Great post...Billy...

@PeterSpaeter96 I didn't want to have to learn a whole other language just to find out what an interviewer is saying on a single RUclips post.
@PeterSpaeter96 Well that is an option, I suppose......I just wish I could make out what the hell they were saying.
Family prog? Well not exactly, but very progressive chord structures and arrangements. Not typical hard rock, even when they were hard.
wordofgord

Oh dear, why not learn some French instead...
