ParoDoXz do u Cummins against his Cummins
Hey man I was stationed in Hawaii with you.. you lived down from us, I had the white 2nd gen and my buddy had the giant lifted 7.3.. what did you do with the silver 2nd gen sport you had?
What tires and wheels you got on the 6.7
Not going to lie, even tho your my brother and I drive a Ford now to, I was secretly cheering for the cummins 😂
Wutthaduck I was too 😂😂
Jake Nash I appreciate it man! and Ive been eye balling a few, so their is a possibility
@@Hunterrnorris so that was you're p pump 24v? Id like to put one of those in my chevy square body
They what i call old relible because i have a 2000 dodge cummins and it broke down 2 times and i have owned it the whole time
Secretly was cheering for the Ol 24Valve aswell lmao
The cummins truck is squatting that how much crap he has in the back
That was what i was wondering lol
It is getting more traction and that’s why it won
@@kevinrodriguez3048 more traction because of the weight
You morons realize that Ford weighs over 1000 lbs more than that Dodge right? You're crying over the Dodge making things more even.
@@dirtyharry5419 lol, it's not about overall weight. If you think because something weighs more it can pull more then you're oure the idiot. In this case it's about where the weight is distributed. Do some research kid.
And dippin diesel trans ain't in good shape! Hopefully he can make enough off of these videos for a new one soon!
Nice video. I never realized how much power his truck really had. I knew it had some but damn. If he would build his transmission it would be super badass.
Would like to see it with equally weighted trucks, I would bet on a draw but would still give the win to the19 year Dodge for holding more than its own against a newer Modern Beast. Nice trucks!
Same here
Tugs are such a bs test. You can literally just hold the brake and the other guy will spin all day and then you just drag him. How about get a 10-15k trailer and get a %10 grade and do time trials. Still a badass video tho!
Depends on the what the test actually is. Here it was pointless. They only wanted to see who could pull who. I wanted to see which one was gonna break first.
Hold the brake? You have no clue...
I have seen trucks that lost and hook on 18, 000 or more pound trailor and pull it ...tugs doesn't prove any thing....but burn your tires up or trans.....
Well He could have tried the turbo Cummings.
Hahaha yup!! But those 5.9 are action. Love my 7.3s tho. Awesome vid!
Tow mirrors gave dippin extra 100hp , run it again!
Miguel Cendejas I agree! Not fair!
Fold them back in , you might a chance now
You guys are killing it with the content
The weight in the back gave an advantage to the dodge
Hey man love the vids keep up the great work!
Thanks man! Will Do!
Wow. I'm a Ford guy, but definitely impressed with 24v
It was a 12v
I think
@@francoisguerette You numbnuts 🤣
This guy been talkin straight shit. That made me crack up for some reason 😂🤷🏼♂️
Had 5.9. Great truck. Own 19 Powerstorke. That Powerstorke is one bad ass truck.
This was awesome😂👍🏻
How well do each of them tow uphill?
Dude, so many people talk crap on 2nd gems but they left the biggest mark in truck history
It was that good, both y’all tore it up ☝🏻
No shit!!!!!
CUMMINS OR NOTHING LOVE BOTH CHANNELS BUT CUMMINS TIL I DIE!! GOTTA LOVE IT! And bed weight does help not gonna lie lol
Doesnt matter who won, fun to watch!
The power of the engine has nothing to do with tug o war. It’d all about weight and traction
jonathon lesko annnd the height of the truck so lift there’s a lot of people with lifted trucks that get dragged because they can’t really put the power down cause of how lifted they are either way won’t change my mind still love ford and lifted trucks
Lifts hurt for tug a war
I wonder what would happen if they both had hooked up on the front bumper but still pulling away from each other the same way. I know you wouldn't be able to pull up far because the truck thats pulled whould more then likely start turning side was but☝....on this challenge the front axle would be pulling more then the rear because of the engine weight. What do you all think would happen?😄
@Warren I've done it too many times. Lifts really dont help in tug of war unless it's a complete mismatch.
jonathon lesko so you a are tellin me that if I have a Prius that has good traction vs a 1000 hp dodge with a Cummins with terrible traction that the Prius is going to win
Love the vid man
Old school is always the way to go.
The weight in the back of his truck gave him more traction. If he was empty you would have drug him with no prob. Good video 👍.
What would be cool is your 6.7 power stroke vs a deleted 6.7 cummins... especially one of those new HO dodges
This video got an immediate click......5.9 vs 6.7 video will as well
I honestly cannot believe he beat that ford weight or not. That ford is heavy and makes alot more power then the cummins.that cummins is impressive!! Plus yall were both spinning them.
DIESEL FANATIC lol in 4x4 high the ford literally hauled the dodge backwards lol what are you talking about 😂nobody won cause a tug of war says nothing. They just did it for fun
Oh dude in the Ford got cocky and buried his foot in the gas and lost traction.
@@robertdowney65 they were both burning tires.
@@lw6735 the ford only won in 2wd whem he locked the diff. The dodge won in 4x4.
@@lw6735 and technically the ford got the jump on the dodge because he took off sooner. You can tell in the video where it showes dippin diesel in the cab you hear the fords exhaust. Good try tho.
I need to open a tire shop near you
Glad I watched this. Bidding on a 24 valve right now. Seems to me the truck is well worth it if it’ll drag a new Ford
Lol are you what 4 or 5. The cummins was loaded up. This video is ridiculously stupid
Hey will you make a vid of how you wash ur quad. It would really help. Thanks
Pete Heiderscheit I got one up man!
ParoDoXz oh I didn’t even know I just saw it though thanks man definitely will be using that vid
ParoDoXz oh I didn’t even know I just saw it though thanks man definitely will be using that vid
Love this
Does the dodge have extra weight on the bed ?
Good matchup in 4-wheel drive
What's with all the weight in the back of the Cummins
Ok but your pfp says it all😂😂😂
@@cage8391 ?
There is all that weight in the back of the Cummins that ain’t fair 😂
Not bad for a 2nd gen 5.9 Cummins. I have a 3rd gen still going strong 💪.
the dual cameras is pretty funny 😂
I would get better tuning than generic SCT tuning. Try looking into SPE tuning they are well known for 6.7 Powerstroke performance.
Although tug of war is based on wait, traction, and how level the ground is. A Cummins is pretty hard to beat, especially the old 12 valves with the manual transmission. Still 10/10 good video.
0 out of 10 because the dodge was weight down. This video proves nothing
@@Boone_outdoors1999 the ford was a 4 door cab with a tool box and long bed the weight is probably close to even, weight is a small factor tho, there is a video of a Ram TRX pulling a semi out of a ditch so what does that prove? Ram knows what they are doing hemi & cummins get the W their 3 liter eco diesels tho boo
@1kingrod1 bruh. Weight is a huge factor. That long bed doesn't add crap for weight. That dodge was squatting like a raped dog. Obviously had way more weight then the ford. It's mostly on tires weight an the driver when it comes to something like this. These videos like this are pointless.
Itd been nice to see this with a 12v
That power stroke is beautify !
Thanks man!
4 low ready to tow 5 high she's going to fly!
Damn they made a clean tune
Cummins took it imo but powerstroke not bad. What drone are you running btw?
Cummins for the win. Run some tunes from Ultimate Welding @dippindiesel
Smell o vision. [inhale] Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh
Hell yeah baby! Guy down the street from me always driving by throttlin it ima show him this video lol he has a 6.7 like yours but gold and my 2004 5.9, if we do it I will have it recorded 🦾
I can smell the rubber burning. 😂
After everything how much did you truck cost?
Weight in the back of that damn dodge has the weight in the back totally.
Nice traction test. Take the weight out of the bed of the Cummins and run again. If you still have tires that is.
HAHAHAHA THIS VIDEO IS TOO LEGIT I WAS WANDERING WHY MY VIDEOS GOT VIEWS APPARENTLY RUclips Is suggesting it through this video alot!!! awesome VIDZ SUBSCRIBED!!!💪😎😀
Thanks man!!
To start with it doesnt matter about the engine as much as it does weight the dude had his whole house in the back of his truck 😂
2nd is the best!
I love the sounds of the 6.7 powerstroke its a beast
My 2 fav sounds. 6.7 Powerstroke &. A Cummins
He has weight in the back. More traction. The red one hanged with the white truck being loaded. I say the red one got him
I'm pretty sure the Ford weighs more
Con todo el peso que tiene la dodge atrás ,tiene mucha ventaja sobre la ford!!
You boys know how to party!!!!
That was a lucky shot for the 5.9
Lol weight and traction are the 2 key issues on a tug of war 😄
That ford weighs 8k pounds. That dodge with all the stuff in the back still probably dont weigh that much. Plus the powerstroke has a shit load more power. Dippen diesel doesn't have much done to that truck with a bad transmission.
DIESEL FANATIC oh yeah that Cummins definitely weighs same or more. The Cummins engine weighs more than 6.7 Power Stroke engine and The ford is aluminum shell and the Dodge steel and the ford nothing in the bed and the Borg Warner s364.5 turbo is definitely a major up in power but I’m not saying 1 has more power than the other but what my point is a tug of war isn’t determined by power but by traction, first guy off the line and weight, not necessarily power 😄
DIESEL FANATIC Because in reality often the most powerful truck can easily break traction and just spin and get drug if he has a little less tire traction or weight or anything like that
@@lw6735 he just said in his video when he towed the ford that his ford weighed 8k pounds with the tires lift and all the tools he has in it. That dodge with the stuff in the back does not weigh that much. No where near that much. Yes the weigh over the back axle did help alot. Either way im super surprised the dodge even. Won. I thought the ford was gonna drag him.
@@lw6735 the ford stock weighs 6500 stock and the dodge weighs a little over 5000 stock. So just stock the ford weighs 1500 more and has over double to power.
The only thing that would make that TUG-O-WAR remotely fair would be to weigh both trucks on a scale then add weight to make them weigh exactly the same amount
First comment with sense.
Entertaining!
The best way to do this test ..is both trucks loaded so the wheels won't spin that's the only way to prove torque
dipping is such a GOOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn 💨
I’d like to see if that 6.7 power stroke can pull my ford f800 5.9 12v Cummins welding rig, it has a Allison transmission with 22.5 wheels and 11r tires and weighs 14k pounds
NOTORIOUS FILMS it wouldn’t have a chance cause of weight differences but put the same engine and transmission in an F750 with the same weight and you’d have a real match . It’s all about weight
Lmao! “Old school”
In this day and age gotta respect the 2nd gen dodge being kind of old school especially when 2nd gen came out 22 years ago. Almost qualifies as a classic vehicle at the DMV.
Badass Furd 🇺🇸👍
Them hooks ain't designed for side loads lol. Glad nothing snapped
Right lmao
Damn man, the Cummins Just sounds sooo different, I like the turbo sound on fords but the Cummins just amazing.
Cummins baby 💪
We know who won the pollution war lol
Man that auto trans on the 5.9 is going hard lol.. 47re are the worst tho 😂 unless it’s built
That was bad ass. I am going for the Cummins
4 door vs extended cab the odds favored the 6.7 off rip I’d say the weight in the Cummins even it out🤷♀️
Now play tug of war with a stock turbo 5.9 😂😂
For real and with the new ones my dad bought a 2016 6.7 when they came out put a bigger turbo befor tires
Why do we have weight in the 2nd gen?
He just moved here, it’s his moving boxes
I love the ford. But I gotta say the Ford has the height advantage that’s the only reason it pulled the ram. Something about the dodge when they put their power to the ground they pull. But I can say this the Ram suspension wears out faster than the ford. I wanna see a nice 6.0 against these two trucks. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I guess he would pull him with all that extra weight in the back
Suncoast trans coming soon 🤣
The dodge has hella weight in the back which is a huge advantage, you can’t go off of this as it’s not an accurate test.
Without the shit in the back it'd still be more than what you realize to reckon with they should've used a 12v instead
The ram has weight in the bed and he is getting more traction it not fair
That Cummins looked like it had way more than a coiple hundred pounds in the bed. Look at how much it was squating. At the end he claims it was 500-600 lbs. Weight over the rear wheels is a big help.
Yall better like this vid
I'm a cummins guy 100%
But with locked wheels in the ford, it wins against a stock non locking diff of a dana 80 rear.
All other circumstances the cummins will win everytime .
My dad has the exact same trucks and my uncle was telling me that semi trucks use cummins parts and I thought he was bs until I came across this vid
How much weight was in the 5.9 even the cab looked loaded!? That was more about weight/traction than anything... But the tug of war stuff isn't a great test anyway, to many variables with braking, weight, and tire slippage!
The ford has lockers also
6.7 dodge vs. 6.7 ford?
Dodge for sure,Mopar or no car!!
Mark Vigil they are trucks but ok😂
@@markvigil7059 "Fiat because Dodge it's Not" may have to be the new montra
He also has all that went back to get more traction
I had 2 of them dont get me wrong I love the 5.9 cummins and now I have the 6.7 cummins.... me- 🤔
Idk how the d ring didn’t break
2004.5 bulletproofed. I'd drag them both in just 4 hi. Cant in 4 low due to shearing driveshaft splines on the regular. Anyone know a good upgrade for a 2500 cummins front shaft? I've already got the so called upgrade but I shared the splines off at just over idle in 4low. Them 90 horse sticks are talking. Lol
I'll hook to ur 04.5 with my 96 12v haha, im In PA
I've had an 04.5 myself already, and 2 12v
I'll stick around with 5.9 or 7.3 the rest is too controlled by the EPA.
It sucks that parts aren’t made anymore. Someone should start a business that solely makes stock body and engine parts for 7.3’s and 5.9’s
How about putting the same amount weight in the bed of the ford and see what happens
The old Cummins is about 500 pounds heavier and then the load that he had in the back I bet you that was close to a 800 pounds indifference. Put some wight in the Ford
How does a 5800 lb Cummins weigh more than a 7200 lb powerstroke?
So, you have 4000lbs in the back of your dodge? What does this prove?
He said a couple hundred pounds
Go dippen diesel lmao that ford got some balls though
Power choke keeps going on the brakes then spooling the turbo up
I only did you get pulled backwards but you broke it goddamn Rams
Add the same amount of weight to the power stroke then see how it goes
