I had my sleeper setup the same way, low to floor front to back, but I didn't have enough space in between the center console and the door so I had to lift it up higher which gave me the leg room I needed and additional space underneath. Next sleeper build I plan on doing will be something that bolts to the gooseneck beams over the bed.
Well it has been awhile lots of things have gone down since you last appeared on the site I am sure you been really busy and by the way the collection of stuff we are not the only one you have been to busy to take of..now that you are back and doing some house cleaning, we look forward to your videos..Missed you and glad your back..Have a great day..😀👍☕️🍫🇺🇸
Love the set up just one question did the air bag light go on after removing the passenger seat. If so how did you deal with that. I’m doing the same set up in a few weeks. Thanks for any response
@@hotshotadventures3036 I got them for my truck they fit right in the window perfectly. But hey you made it happen and I think your idea is pretty cool
Thanks for this video, I’m about to star but haven’t come out with the bed yet, just a quick question, how long is the bed? I’m 6ft tall would like to know if it would work for me! Thank you!
Because that’s very illegal in a commercial vehicle. You can’t have anything lower than 70% tint. Or it’s an expensive fine, and they can put you outta service.
That’s a very nice setup. Much more headroom over the bed than the side to side a lot of other HS truckers use.
Thanks brian. 👍
Getting ready to start up hot shot. The videos come in handy for ideas I appreciate it

WeatherTech makes reflective/blackout privacy shades for the whole vehicle... may be a better option and fits Ike a glove.

I didn't take it out.
I set my bed up the same way, have a 2004 3500 w/250,000mi, run a 50-56ft car trailer, just hums down the highway at 1900rpm!
Very cool.
Sounds great.
Be careful out there.
WeatherTech makes the set that rolls up comes in a nice little bag and Fitz whatever year and model your truck is perfectly. Just sayin
Cool.
I didn't know that.
I'll check that out. Thanks

I'm 6 ft also. I fit no problem.
I lay head to back, feet forward because you hear the motor alittle bit more if head up front.
Do you have the slam the door as well so the light won't come in?!😂😂
How tall are you?
6 feet
Your sleeper video got a shout-out on TP
Oh... it did.
Great.
I'll have to check it out on TP.
Thank you for letting me know.

How come you just don't go have the windows tinted dark so no body can see in
