I auditioned for this show back in the day. Made it through the prelim rounds but didn't make to the air, and never got to meet the Schwab. But it was a lot of fun I always feel connected to this show. RIP to the Schwab
😢i was 4 years old in 2005 when I watched Stump The Schwab...now that he's gone.... I'm missing him already 😭 so as Stuart Scott.. 🌹 Thanks for the childhood memories of ESPN...Schwab rules..

This is terrible, but the last time I watched this show was at 4am I was in high school, coming down off coke, fiending for more. Lol, thank god those days are over. Kinda cool to watch it sober. 😂😂😂
I have only two episodes. Both guys I know, from the Detroit area. We all once competed in a local radio station's annual Number One Fan contest. Then these guys tried out for Schwab and made it!
Larry Allen was enshrined in Canton in 2013. Guy Carbonneau would be enshrined in Toronto in 2019 Ben Wallace would win a title with the Pistons in 2004 beating the Lakers in 5 games (sweeping 3 at Home). He would be enshrined in Springfield, MA in 2021.
More names to that 5000 Free Throws made since this aired in May 2005. Lebron Kobe (RIP) James Harden Dirk Kevin Durant Paul Pierce Allen Iverson Carmelo Demar DeRozan Shaq Duncan Russell Westbrook Dwight Howard

RIP Schwab, and of course to the only guy cooler than the other side of the pillow, Stuart Scott
RIP Schwab RIP Stuart Scott
RIP Schwab. This show was goated. May his friends and family also find peace.
Honestly one of my favorite shows when I was in high school
Whenever I hear the opening theme music, it makes me think it is time for Christmas.
I went to an episode taping in 2005 someone in the crowd blurted out an answer and the had to redo and retape a question. Good times.
I feel like Joe got that any given Sunday question wrong on purpose. Looks like he hesitated to wait for Matt
An honorable sportsman. Joe was a class act all episode, especially for such a young guy.
Would be amazing if anyone could upload more episodes of this show…ESPN really should re-air them after Schwab’s passing!

Two observations:
1) Sean did well.
2) The music in the final round is fantastic.

Joe did awesome in the 1st 2 rounds but was terrible in the Schwab showdown good try though joe

Dude knew baseball and basketball and movies but was outclassed in football.
How many people are coming up with David Givens and Mike Vrabel for that Patriots question?
Less than 1% nail that.
