@10:42 I wouldn't worry with a week being 7 days. One week 4 pins and one week 3 pins is irrelevant because it's EOD (every other day) Just like training. Some want to hit a bodypart 2x per week. Your split doesn't have to mean EVERYTHING 2x in 7 days. Let's say your split is Chest/Biceps Legs OFF ABS CALVES STRETCH Back Shoulders/Triceps OFF ABS CALVES STRETCH If you hit your Chest and Biceps, and follow that schedule, you hit them again 6 days later. That's 2x in 7 days. Not necessarily in that week, but focusing on those bodyparts, 2x every 6 days.

Last yr on his trt he could crack top 5 at 212 Olympia. 2020 ish when he stepped on the gas hitting 225 + ( Nick Triggili) was overseeing his super supplement protocol. Which actually wasn't that high . 1200-1500 in total. With GH insulin if I recall correctly . Most guys we know use double that . If he stayed competitive instead of stepping out ( for legitimately reasons). He would have been 212 mr Olympia for yrs if not to current.

Ive been hitting a new PPL split thats getting me crazy jacked, hitting my Pull in the morning then Push afternoon then the next day hitting legs, then either take a rest day or continue until a rest day is needed, eating a bunch of fruits, veggies, rice cakes with peanut butter, rice broccoli and chicken. The only thing is i only have access to heavy duty resistance band and body weight exercises which is why im hitting this weird PPL split and doing so much volume, but i am getting jacked, but i love putting these Seth videos on cause i feel like hes in the room with me telling me to keep being a HWMF, my goal is to enter into a men's physique shoe in 2025

As always Seth you’re 💯! And I’m very glad you explain cycles and body recomposition! For everyone thinking about competing or even about going on gear, you really need to establish a baseline with individual compounds before stacking above and beyond what is needed. Start with the base…test…figure out what dosage works best for you, then add another single compound and proceed as such till you have an ideal cycle for YOUR body. Your genetics play a huge role in chemical kinetics! When I competed in the NPC, I won a few shows on minimal compounds (0.5 cc of sust, masteron, and tren x 3 per week) along with T3 and clen later on in the pre contest cycle. This was a lot less than most, but I looked awesome and labs were good. Everyone responds differently…another example…my labs meaning free test didn’t change any significant amount past 600 mg because my receptors were full saturated. For ME, going beyond 600 mg would mean I’m pissing away money and ya, I don’t want to do that! Seth touches on all this, and I have the utmost respect for thee man!! Mixed with your training intensity…he shows you the keys to a winning mentality!
Receptors never get 'saturated.' It's already been proven that the body simply creates more androgen receptors therefore 'saturation' is impossible. You shouldn't be trying to give your b.s advice when you can't even get the basics right yourself.
